I have some of those same convictions of other denominations. For example it is hard for me to comprehend the Catholic faith....I struggle with "confession" where they "go" to confession and confess their sins to their pastor (father) and he gives them so many "hail mary's" to say and they are...

I don't understand your point here....there are children and christians affected by this hurricane. People losing everything they own, the devastation in the Bahamas is astronomical. Of course those you mentioned need prayers as well. All you have to do is post a prayer request ..start a thread...

In my days Christians were identified as to their doctrinal beliefs by their denomination....for example Baptist, Methodist, Catholic...etc....now it seems to be categorized as to their belief of how they interpret scripture...example....cessasionists, dispensationalists, amillenials...

I have always believed God would again restore Israel to a righteous place....Hosea 14:4, Jeremiah 3:22, Isaiah 57:14-21 just to name a few.

I believe in miracles! The same as what Jesus did....blind eyes seeing, deaf ears hearing, lame walking, dead brought back to life....I believe! I believe NOTHING is impossible for God and for those who have faith to believe this.

I am even more excited about Him now...and I love Him deeper than I did in the beginning. The more I come to understand Him the more I love Him.

I have an aunt who is LDS and I have talked with her extensively about her faith. I know she believes is Jesus as the son of God, salvation comes through Him, baptism of water and Holy Spirit....all the basic foundations of Christianity. They are strict and somewhat leaning towards legalism...
