in this context, what do you think 'glorify' means?

In Eden God didn't command anyone to get married either....does that nullify marriage?. You are creating a straw man to evade that which I see the intention of scripture as plain.

you are either muddling deliberately or you are unaware that you are!

I grasp God's forgiveness because he has given it. When I mess up I feel like I need to clean up before I'm acceptable again but herein is the lie. The desire to not mess up again is evidence the spirit is always wooing.....it is not the reason for my acceptance. I therefore come boldly to the...

just as you were birthed by your mother even while you were unaware so the Spirit births people even while they are unaware and without understanding. It is not till a later stage in ones experience that the gravity of this registers. 'the wind blows where it will and you hear the sound of it...

I suppose that must mean he Jesus created God if we take the text 'ALL things consist IN Him,'

The deliverance from Egypt is a type of the deliverance at Calvary and the deliverance when Jesus returns. The Sabbath is a perpetual reminder that God is the Creator and recreator. If the Sabbath were not forgotten the theory of evolution would have had no traction

I'm sorry Curtis but you speak in ignorance on these matters.. 1....The antediluvians knew stealing was sin just as much as they did murder, their conscience bearing them witness as did God when he addressed Cain before he murdered Able. 2.... re the Sabbath...Prior to the law given at Sinai...

what does it mean 'a double portion' and does it qualify as 'greater'.....besides, it was Elijah who appeared to Jesus not Elisha

Both Moses and Elijah are representative of two groups of Gods people. Moses representing those who have died and are resurrected and glorified at Jesus' return and Elijah representing those who are glorified without seeing death at Jesus' return. These two prophets were considered the greatest...

God's name in scripture means God's character. God's glory and God's name are synonymous. When Moses asked God to show him his Glory this is how it reads (Exodus 33:18-23 thru Exodus 34:1-7 18Then Moses said, “Now show me your glory.” 19And the Lord said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass...

..and how does the new birth take place?

where do you get that definition from?

What you are concluding is nonsensical. I think you are trying to convince yourself. Why present the Law if without it sin is not imputed? The Law showed the exceeding sinfulness of sin.

what do these souls that are elsewhere, consist of?

Death is the result of sin! and sin not imputed....hmmm, that is surely imaginative

I'm persuaded the way you rationalise in this post Curtis, is muddled and misinformed to the point of inaccuracy.

Did you have any input at you physical birth Ronald?....did you claw your way down that tunnel and choose when? Why would a rebirth be any more a choice and function than your physical birth?

if the soul is bodiless, what does it consist of ?

could you download it to the device you are using?
