@My Dreams Praying for your wife!

I have at least 15 different English versions. In Spanish and German I have three each. I presume that there are more than that available in each of them as well as other versions for other languages. God knows them all, but some people still don't know how to communicate with Him.

We are having an record breaker now. Yesterday and today in the 90's, but this afternoon there is that Canadian cold front moving in. Tomorrow morning it will be in the 50's with a wind chill requiring a jacket outside. There is already snow in Colorado which tonight will be also in the Oklahoma...

Diversity of Irish Culture An Irish Teacher Turned to her class and asked young Patrick Murphy: "What do you do at Christmas time? Patrick addressed the class: "Well Ms. Jones, me and my twelve brothers and sisters go to midnight mass and we sing hymns; then we come home very late and we put...

@My Dreams Joining in prayer here!

Man can know ATs, but he is not, I believe, able to say for certain which things he holds are ATs from God and which ones his own beliefs held in error. Because he does not know he needs to continue opening himself up to God so that God can change him where he needs to be changed... but it is...

My answer is in the empty room I mentioned in post #1159 and/or as seen in the lowest room here: "When thou art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him; And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee, Give this...

I remember as a young Catholic going in to confession and being told to say so many Hail Marys and so many Our Fathers for penance. I was in a hurry and learned to speed pray those prayers so I could go out and play ball or whatever I had in mind. I had 'em memorized and could speak them...

Yes, straight forward after the Holy Spirit! Without the Spirit to lead us what do we have?

Too many people following their own minds using their own logic instead of seeking and following Him? Where is the Holy Spirit in those who continuously debate to win instead of discussing to learn?

"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." Matt 5:6 Not everyone has a Bible or a friendly neighborhood church where a measure of Truth is taught. But... God sees every heart and he fills the ones that really are hungry and thirsty after...

@BasuraAko "But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother...

Your needle is definitely stuck. I have a vision of God which is growing clearer each day. I don't even choose all my questions much less my answers... when I am in the Spirit. The answer to your question is in the hands of God and I am in His hands. I have a different idea of what time is or...

Welcome back Helen! It is good to see you here again! Hopefully things have settled down at home. You're probably about ready for an early snow. Our weather man was talking last night about cold weather in Canada and an early snow in Colorado. We won't get snow, but definitely some cooler...

Joining in prayer for those dealing with these troubles.

If you did not insist on even mentioning a Trinity I would have almost liked what you said here! There are ATs [Absolute Truths] indeed, but only God knows exactly what they are. A lot of people insist that they do. I usually disagree. I see in the scriptures the basis that men use to favor a...
