Is that all that you know or is it simply what you believe or is it even that? Is Satan or satan all so important as that to any believer in God and His Son Jesus? I don't know all of the answers to all of the questions and on some of my beliefs I hesitate, because I am very uncertain, but why...

Much of what is known come from the fables or men or writings like "Dante's Inferno" rather than from scripture. Any child who has never read or heard the Bible read and has never been to church meeting or Sunday school can describe satan according to men. Does anyone really know or care what...

Twinc does not discuss or argue. He simply presents his case and leaves you wondering at times just what it is that he really believes and why. He still after so much time does not realize that he often confuses people even though the God that he says that he serves is NOT the author of confusion.

@mjrhealth Yes, God is always seeing us, my friend. He is always trying to get a person to change his way to His Way or at least to improve things a little bit. But... time is limited for all of us. When our course is finished, it is finished no matter we happen to be in that particular moment.

Careful, Twinc. God is also watching and reading what each of us writes and He knows what is in our hearts.I know that you strongly disagree with me and just about any non-Catholic Christian as well as probably most Catholic Christians. That could be unfortunate, but although you are now in your...

Absolutely, but consider how Jesus was treated by most of the religious leaders [Jewish] when he was walking around planet Earth. He was The Master and He was The Truth, and those who knew the most about the written scriptures [OT] at the time joined the conspiracy to kill Him. Most church...

This may have been intended as a joke, but it may be point on... if satan is simply an "adversary" of God's and the things of God. People do act that way simply because they are people and following the ways of their own flesh instead of the Way of God. Our flesh when it works to take the lead...

@gregjgordon Amen! Keep preaching it!

This, dear sister, is often the problem with hypothetical questions. There may indeed be a time when God would want a believer to use physical means to prevent a wrong, but what we as believers really need to do is simply stay on God's side all of the time by always following the lead of the...

In the OT we read this: "If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a...

People too often do not realize or accept that having the Holy Spirit within doesn't mean they are always right. Solomon's writing still applies to those with the Holy Spirit aboard: "Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts." Prov 21:2 Two people with the...

Kannst du denn Deutsch sprechen? Ich bin kein Deutscher, aber Ich kann einige Wörte sprechen. Ich lese viel besser.

I am striving to surrender until there is nothing in me which disagrees with God. God is helping me in this. I have come far on the journey, but the end is not yet. Give God the glory!

Absolutely! In Joy unspeakable!

Amen! And so on we go my friend loving God and Neighbor and allowing God to add to us what he will when He will.

Give God the glory, my friend!

I am not GG or @GodsGrace , but consider these verses: "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye...

And if a person believes but simply cannot embrace a doctrine or belief which you or someone has defined as necessary or orthodox, does that mean they are NOT a Christian... or should we look to God for the correct answer? What more should we need than belief in the two great commandments as...

In beginning "acting like" would certainly please God. This is walking by faith where we step out toward the Light even though we may not be able to see what we are getting into. Eventually, should we not move from "acting like" [taking the rights steps without understanding] to being exactly...

Perhaps, but nonetheless from what I have seen, I believe that you believe that my view of scripture is incorrect. Did I get that right? I am glad you are comfortable in your relationship with God. Much of the time I am as well. The exceptions are when I recognize that I have quenched the...
