    Fasting

    Can anyone please explain fasting to me. I know from the bible that we are supossed to fast and that we are to fast in private and with a happy heart but can someone give me more information, like when to fast, how long to fast and any other information I might need. THank You.:angel9:

    Thank You for your answers. I will get a King James Version. I realy didn't know there was so much diffrence in bibles. I have a life application NLT Version but I guess one can have more then one bible.
