    Does God Hate?

    I have trouble with this scripture and not to doubt God's Word would like some insight into why this scripture was written and if God truly does hate, prior to one even being born. Does He hate all sinners that He does not approve or disapprove prior to conception or birth? Romans 9:13 (KJV)...
