    To the moon

    A colorado company, Lockheed Martin, won a huge contract to send astronauts to the moon. It is supposed to bring quite a few jobs and dollars to our economy. It will be interesting to follow an expedition to the moon.

    Jerusalem Countdown by John Hagee

    I just finished Jerusalem Countdown by John Hagee. It was quite the eye opener considering the escalating violence in Israel right now. Anyone else read it?

    The Message Bible Translation

    What do you all think about The Message? I personally would consider it a paraphrase as opposed to a translation. I really am not a fan, personally. Our church uses it quite a bit which I don't wholly agree with. :confused:

    What are you all's thoughts on James Dobson and Focus on the Family? I personally visit their site all the time and I think it is biblically based. The liberal media has a tendency to target Dr. Dobson as a wacko fundamentalist. What do you all think?
