A Prepared Place For Prepared People

John Fourteen:1-4 1Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. 4And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

1 Thessalonians Four:13-18 13But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

15For this we say unto you by the word of the LORD, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the LORD shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16For the LORD himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the LORD in the air: and so shall we ever be with the LORD. 18Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Love always, Walter and Debbie

2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

firstthings1st, I have maybe some weird beliefs, opinions or whatever concerning the above. Not sure any will help but I’m encouraged.
Malachi 3:10-11 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. [11] And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.

Christ asked them after His resurrection “do you have any meat”. Put Christ in the above Who brings the tithes, His fruits, into His garner (gathering). That there may be meat in HIS house. God does and has rebuked the devourer for Christ sake that the fruits of the Spirit of God and His good ground, grows and increases and multiplies as God promised “see if I don’t open the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

That there will not be enough room to receive the blessing God pours out...then Christ’s words...I go to prepare room to receive it. (All the blessings God pours out).another odd passage is the man who tore down his barn to build a bigger one to display all “his fruits”. Said to him “you fool” Yet then being mortal you die ...then whose fruits will they be? God is able to tear down a barn and build a greater one to bestow all HIS fruits. Then whose will they be? To me, there is great Hope in “I go to prepare a place”...in preparing for “prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you”

considering “His fruits” displayed of God is all that remains as the fruits of sin and death are destroyed ...yes, a great promise and hope in “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.” the only good ground which springs forth in all the parables..what great Hope in His saying He will rebuke the devourer of destruction as seen also in the parables (withers, scorched, baked consumed, devoured).

@VictoryinJesus, Amen, well-put, which puts me in the mindset of what He has prepared for us: Images Of The New Jerusalem , Revelation Twenty One:1-8

New Heaven And Earth Are Created:

21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

New Jerusalem Descends:

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Love always, Walter
