A Sign of the approaching City of God? "Red Square Nebula";"In the realm of the stars, amazing things are happening. On May 7th,2007, NASA released a report about a colossal exploding star thatstunned NASA astronomers. This event was five times brighter than anysupernova ever witnessed by astronomers. It looked like millions ofilluminated diamonds bursting forth with blood-red clouds surroundingit. The NASA scientists also speculated that there will be another largeexplosion like this, only much closer to the earth, and that it would besometime soon. (24) We also know that a large nebula is now set to blow,according to Dr. Peter Tuthill of Cornell University in New York. Therecently discovered nebula is called the Red Square Nebula, and it is abrilliant white cross that turns blood-red in all directions from thecenter. The nebula is a perfect four-square pattern, and Dr. Tuthillmade the following statement: "The thing that really takes your breathaway is the astonishing degree of symmetry within the intricate linearforms. It's almost like a crystal." (25) As I read the report and lookedat the picture, I was reminded of Revelation 21:16, which says: "And thecity lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and hemeasured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The lengthand the breadth and the height of it are equal." As I thought about theprofessor's words, "It is almost like a crystal", I rememberedRevelation 21:10-11, which says: "And he carried me away in the spirit"to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holyJerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God:and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasperstone, clear as crystal." We must also remember that in the science ofastronomy a red shift means an object is moving toward you. Is this asign of the approaching city of God, or is it the city itself? The brightest Supernova ever recorded, a day which matched event for event to the sixth seal, more earthquakes, More hurricanes, raising in the earths temperture, more wars, more genocides, a constantly growing division in the christian church, an increased actual worship in Mary, shady politicians, Islamic believes growing, The dollar losing power, food shortages, water shortages, Increasing technology of nuclear weapons, the constant threat of war to isreal. ect. ect. ect.The signs are increasing. The last days may not be in my lifetime, but there close, so close.
