In a world without a Savior
All hope would be lost
People would know it was not there
There would be a void in all
It could not be filled
There would be a burden
A weight
A millstone
On everyone's shoulders
There would be no freedom
In the shell of sinful man
Man would die
No new life or Resurrection
But because He lives
My choice is Him
My guilt is covered by His blood
He was beaten, whipped, and scorn
All hope seemed lost
Nailed to a cross
Then He arose
And Hope was reborn
Our living Hope
For now and forever
In a world with a Savior
Many choose one without
But my hope rests in Him
For this I will sing and shout
