How were people before even the law of Moses existed and those that never heard the gospel say?

Paul covered this in detail in Acts.

Romans 2:12-16 New International Version (NIV)
12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. 13 For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous. 14 (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.) 16 This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

Contrary to the claims of some those that never heard the gospel are not condemned to hell for not hearing.

It very clearly says they are judged by the law of conscience, the highest revelation they have from God.

But even then the majority of the world did not even hear mosaic law.

From Adam and Eve until Moses the law of conscience was all anyone had.

Even when God or Angel appeared to someone, they didn't preach the gospel or mosaic law.

And in the time of the apostles, how many times did they go to places that were not even aware of Jesus?

So before they preached the people still had the law of conscience.

How about those who lived in the Americas, Australia or elsewhere without access to Jerusalem?

They had the law of conscience.

Are there records of people hearing the gospel for the first time were already aware of the Bible, even when they didn't know his name?

Most assuredly are.

Are there people today that have never heard the gospel.

I do not think so. Which fulfills the requirement that the gospel be preached to the whole world before the second coming.
