This is a question I wonder about. I know there are some pro-gun Democrats and some against homosexual marriage. What I do not understand is how one can fight for a right for homosexual marriage and fight against the right to carry/use a gun.

God defines marriage between one man and one woman:

I personally believe there is a danger in disobeying God's Word. A gun on the other hand, it is the holder who is dangerous, not the gun. Owning a gun doesn't mean you are "living by one." Now I believe in some strong rules to obtain a license (like I would never carry a gun with my anxiety.) But yeh, I was thinking about this. I have one friend that does not agree with homosexual marriage, but says if that right is taken away, all our rights can be taken away.

I think one is a spiritual issue while the other is a physical issue. This is my view:

The only way to understand this is by facing the fact that many Americans have been betraying America for decades. Both the issues you mentioned have been subjected to so-called Liberalism or Progressivism, which are simply offshoots of Socialism and Communism.

After the Iron Curtain came into existence, the primary goal of the Soviet Union was to subvert America, subvert democracy, subvert the Constitution, and subvert all religious and moral values totally. Atheistic Communism was exactly that. And the Cold War was indeed a reality. But since the USSR could not conquer the USA militarily, it chose a different form of warfare -- subversion from within. And believe it or not, but there were many, many Americans who chose to betray their country for one reason or another, and work for the Soviets from within (just like in the UK).

Today, the majority of the universities and colleges have been taken captive by Communism and Radical Socialism, and you have seen the results in this past election. A clueless radical Socialist (Ocasia-Cortez) was actually elected to Congress. At the same time Fascism and Communism are simply two sides of the same coin. So now we have the Antifa thugs (paid for by George Soros) roaming the streets and threatening life and limb. They should have been deemed as domestic terrorists by Mr. Trump, and he failed to do anything about this anarchy.

How does all this tie in with the Second Amendment and same-sex marriage promotion?

The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms and was adopted on December 15, 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights.

Why was this necessary? It was necessary to support the natural rights of self-defense and resistance to oppression, and the civic duty to act in concert in defense of the state.

But a Communist or Socialist government is generally Totalitarian, which means that it does not want its citizen to be able to resist oppression or stand up against tyrants. The Democrats in America today are Anarchists and Socialists, so that if they can compel the citizens to give up their guns and bar the sale of guns to ordinary people, they can control the citizenry and impose their form of oppressive government (or their use of thugs to silence opposition). That is why the Left-Liberals talk about *gun control* again and again. The subliminal message is *people control without any recourse*.

Coming to same-sex or homosexual marriages. Communists strongly believe that if they can destroy the homes and marriages of people, they can totally control them. Same-sex marriages are in fact an attack on normal marriages and homes.

But even though the homosexual population of any Western country is probably less than 1%, homosexuals became extremely vocal about their so-called *rights* (which are not within the Constitution). And ALL WESTERN POLITICIANS succumbed to the demands of homosexuals, instead of standing up and opposing this nonsense. Once again, total betrayal by both politicians and judges has created a so-called imaginary *right* where none exists. Just like the *right* to have an abortion.

I believe she later died. She was pulled over for a MINOR traffic violation. As she lay on the ground begging for help, a fat cop stood over her ordering her not to move. Look up the definition of a psychopath. Why is there no public outcry? You or your family might be next.
3. Pain medication is being withheld from the disabled. Many - including vets - are committing suicide.
4. Factions are trying to disarm Americans. Armed citizens are supposedly the last bastion of freedom. However, Americans keep rolling over every time a new right is eviscerated, so even though armed, I don't see them doing anything.

Now compare that with Nazi Germany.

1. Hitler was a fanatic who monitored every citizen of Germany.
2. Hitler had the Stasi who had to be obeyed...or else.
3. Hitler killed the disabled.
4. Hitler disarmed all the citizens to control them.

It shocks me that Americans are taking this lying down. Anyone who doesn't see how we're become more like Nazi Germany by the day has chosen to stick their head in the sand.

As far as the police issues, this research, have not been killing innocents in record numbers. Stop watching MSNBC and CNN and reading liberal websites.

Are there police the new criminal things? Of course, and they get prosecuted for.

But a lot of those so-called police brutality things, with the modern cameras please carry with them, it is proving the so-called innocence were not innocent.

In example, many have resisted police and tried to pull a gun or physically fight the police, thus putting the police officers life it risk, so some end up dead, justifiably so.

Remember Ferguson? That so-called innocent was robbing the store, attack the owner, this high on drugs, then attacked the police officer injuring him and try to take his gun away from me. Get the liberals screamed murder.

Yes the world is stripping away our privacy. Without a doubt. But more so in those so-called progressive European countries.

Why is everyone so accepting of these intrusions? We used to think it was for safety but when I read up on Nazi Germany the similarities were too close. Aren't other believers concerned about this? You know the old saying: Unless we keep history in mind we're doomed to repeat it. I was watching a few documentaries that were on TV about Hitler. He practiced the occult. So if mass surveillance was implemented by him, what can that mean for it being done to us? It just seems that this should make Christians uncomfortable.

I read that about the new vehicles having tracking devices. A device is only as moral as the individual doing the tracking. Who are these people that they should have that amount of control over us? It's well known that those who get power abuse it. What's worse is that Forbes magazine had an article that shows that psychopaths are drawn to positions of power. That should concern all of us. I never watched the following documentary but it's on my to-do list: The Stanford Prison Experiment. They gave one group power over others by making them "guards" and they began abusing the group that was made the "prisoners."

My husband routinely ran into it at work and told me the problems he had the most were with people who got a little bit of power. I just watched it played out when one sibling was given the role of Executrix - she turned into an immoral monster who abused the position and forever ruined relationships. This is why I think that any power bestowed on someone in the employ of the government needs to have checks and balances - and there aren't any. Very few people are ever held accountable - although we know that God promises ultimate accountability. More people should speak up. If it's done to someone else then sooner or later it's bound to happen to you. I always liked Martin Luther King's statement: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

I don't watch MSNB or CNN - I don't trust them as news sources. My former neighbor's unarmed grandson was shot to death by police. It was heartbreaking. Then I knew someone who was molested by them during a traffic stop and a few other incidents. We have really nice police near us who have been nothing but helpful but there are unfortunately the other kind - that should be rooted out but aren't - they're doing the damage with the police-public relations. I spoke with a counselor who told me his office runs a group that have been abused by police. I used to think that as long as you did the right thing you wouldn't be bothered, but that isn't true. God desires TRUTH in our inmost being and more and more I'm seeing that people don't want to face the truth or else they're deceived. I can see that you don't know that police alter videotape. I knew of two people it happened to and I talked to a forensic tech guy who told me about it. The more I'm going forward with God, the more deception I see all around - in the public's perception, in Christians' perception, and the lies that are routinely fed to the public. It is well know that perfectly innocent people who are disabled are killed by police, who mistake their disabilities for other things. What I see are Christians like you who believe the lie that only bad people are victimized and that is not the truth. I used to think that. Of course on the other end of the spectrum are good police who are killed by someone in the public who is out of control. It just seems like there is a problem there not being addressed.

I think like the OP - we're to follow the truth of God's Word and the truth in general if we're going to be really claim to follow God. If you watch the documentaries on Hitler, that was one of the things he did: he disarmed the public.

I saw that about all the knife attacks and it's only a segment of people who are welcoming the knife-wielders into their midst. It looks like for the most part it's being thrust on the people in accordance with the new world order.

Yes the world is stripping away our privacy. Without a doubt. But more so in those so-called progressive European countries.

They banned guns in England, now they have a epidemic of knife attacks.

They brag how safe Scandinavians and countries. But did you know one allows former military to keep their guns? That shooting ranges is a top sport there? And rape is rampant due to the Muslims that they welcome with open arms?

My point is don't take everything you see on the news at face value. Do research.

I am saying this is Vet and former elected official. So I do not speak out of ignorance.

Who doesn't are liberals in the federal government. In example, what Hillary did with classified material would've landed me in prison.

Why is everyone so accepting of these intrusions? We used to think it was for safety but when I read up on Nazi Germany the similarities were too close. Aren't other believers concerned about this? You know the old saying: Unless we keep history in mind we're doomed to repeat it. I was watching a few documentaries that were on TV about Hitler. He practiced the occult. So if mass surveillance was implemented by him, what can that mean for it being done to us? It just seems that this should make Christians uncomfortable.

I read that about the new vehicles having tracking devices. A device is only as moral as the individual doing the tracking. Who are these people that they should have that amount of control over us? It's well known that those who get power abuse it. What's worse is that Forbes magazine had an article that shows that psychopaths are drawn to positions of power. That should concern all of us. I never watched the following documentary but it's on my to-do list: The Stanford Prison Experiment. They gave one group power over others by making them "guards" and they began abusing the group that was made the "prisoners."

My husband routinely ran into it at work and told me the problems he had the most were with people who got a little bit of power. I just watched it played out when one sibling was given the role of Executrix - she turned into an immoral monster who abused the position and forever ruined relationships. This is why I think that any power bestowed on someone in the employ of the government needs to have checks and balances - and there aren't any. Very few people are ever held accountable - although we know that God promises ultimate accountability. More people should speak up. If it's done to someone else then sooner or later it's bound to happen to you. I always liked Martin Luther King's statement: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

I don't watch MSNB or CNN - I don't trust them as news sources. My former neighbor's unarmed grandson was shot to death by police. It was heartbreaking. Then I knew someone who was molested by them during a traffic stop and a few other incidents. We have really nice police near us who have been nothing but helpful but there are unfortunately the other kind - that should be rooted out but aren't - they're doing the damage with the police-public relations. I spoke with a counselor who told me his office runs a group that have been abused by police. I used to think that as long as you did the right thing you wouldn't be bothered, but that isn't true. I can see that you don't know that police alter videotape. I knew of two people it happened to and I talked to a forensic tech guy who told me about it. The more I'm going forward with God, the more deception I see all around - in the public's perception, in Christians' perception, and the lies that are routinely fed to the public. It is well know that perfectly innocent people who are disabled are killed by police, who mistake their disabilities for other things. What I see are Christians like you who believe the lie that only bad people are victimized and that is not the truth. I used to think that. I think like the OP - we're to follow the truth of God's Word and the truth in general if we're going to be really claim to follow God. If you watch the documentaries on Hitler, that was one of the things he did: he disarmed the public.

I saw that about all the knife attacks and it's only a segment of people who are welcoming the knife-wielders into their midst. It looks like for the most part it's being thrust on the people in accordance with the new world order.

They forced me to perform a walk I am incapable of doing. They were bullies without common sense or compassion. Who drives to work impaired? It was beyond all common sense or logical reasoning. I have a perfect driving record and the lawyer came out shell-shocked and said "the prosecutor refused to drop the charges even though they know you're innocent, because he said it would make police look bad and open them up to a lawsuit." That was the most overt corruption I had ever encountered in my life. They were willing to hurt me and my reputation to protect the police. My handicapped placard was visible in my car but still they accused me of being impaired and kept me going to court for a year. It almost killed me during a time of heavy medical problems and cost us a lot of money we needed. I knew it was another spiritual attack because of the lies but I still don't know the full reason why God let me go through that. I saw how corrupt the system is and it scares me now. No one will hold them accountable and they do what they want. I usually don't like to share it - it was the worst, most humiliating, and frightening experience in my life. Others have had worse. The secretary at a local law office told me police ripped a man's throat out and he was looking for someone to represent him. Lawyers don't usually get involved. If you research it you'll learn some things. It's really a corrupt system.

They shot my neighbor's unarmed grandson and she told me they refused to release the body to the family for burial. The lawyer told them they were doctoring the body to protect themselves. I spoke with a state trooper in another state who was fighting in court over troopers who beat this man to a bloody pulp. I talked with a man whose son was shot and killed by police and never held accountable. So I don't have to read anything on a site and determine it's credibility - I saw it and I know victims. It frightens me to know that people lacking common sense and dignity for others and the truth are wielding power and will bury you rather than take responsibility for their mistakes - because they can, and still keep their jobs and aren't held accountable. I since learned that the disabled are killed by police who don't understand or aren't trained to recognize disabilities.

I know that there are good and bad in every field and I have been helped by police several times who went out of their way to be kind. For them we were thankful. My brother-in-law was a cop but now long-retired. I read that some of the retired police are alarmed at what's taking place with the younger ones now. There aren't any checks in place for the cops who abuse their power. I think it's a shame because the bad ones are changing public perception.

I hope that you realize that while there may have been some outrageous complaints about the cops in your city, there were likely some that were legitimate.

I don't usually share this because it was a very painful time in my life. Maybe I'm meant to sound the alarm to others to what's going on. There are people across the country who have had horrible experiences and who know the truth of what's really going on. I hope that more people awaken to try to implement change before they lose a loved one. I know that you can't believe that all the stories online are all made up. The videos - those that they don't get a chance to alter - tell the truth more than anyone else can. It doesn't matter if a leftist site posts them - that's evil being committed. If a criminal does something you call the police, but who do you call when the police are the criminals? No one holds them accountable. Our pastor told me they charged his blind friend with molesting teens and he was innocent but pushed to accept a plea ruining his life. I did some volunteer work for the wrongfully accused - just sent them emails of encouragement. There are people imprisoned for 30+ years after being railroaded by a corrupt system. And they have all the money in the world to fight you with. How much do you have?

I was in the hospital when the Freddy Gray story was on and hospital personnel were watching it. I got to talking to a young black man who said "what you see there is nothing. I could tell you worse stories than that about what cops did to my friends and me." Worse than having your spine severed?

We have to look at the cops who truly are good people and find ways to thank them because it is a difficult job; yet something serious needs to change because the roads have become dangerous because of these things. Don't think it can't happen to you. I urge everyone to speak up about this. The good police should want changes too - they probably don't like watching people harmed by their fellow officers who are cruel. When I had my horrible ordeal it was weird - the people all walked around like automatons - as if they were possessed - it was one of the strangest experiences I ever had. I said: "Don't any of your mothers have health problems?" They all walked in lockstep - except for one. He knew what they were doing was corrupt and he couldn't look at me. Yet he never spoke up and let them do it. It showed me groupthink. Many people don't realize what's going on until it touches your life, but when it does it's frightening because there is no one to turn to. I prayed and my pastor prayed and went to court but they try to keep you from suing so lean on you heavily and try to pressure you. It was the worst of human behavior I've seen. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone but to those who so easily dismiss the pain that another human endures at the hands of the system, maybe that's the only way they'll wake up. When you talk about abuse you have to talk about all of it. Don't be selective.

Sure there are bad cops, there are bad blacks, there are bad whites, there are bad Asians.
