The author , security analyst Lyle Rapacki, a former police officer makes some good points. He has worked in the field of psychological disorders and said one of his areas of work was to look at various issues that could provide the potential for civil disobedience or civil unrest (eg: Ineligable for Presidency).I think if there was a legal showdown in the USA about whether Barack Obama was indeed the President , we would see a situation that would make the LA riots look like a birthday party. As a (retired) Police analyst I see another problem. There will certainly be powerful people with the Kenya Birth documentation who will use it as blackmail. They will call the shots from behind the scenes.Barack Obama came on the scene as a new face with a clean slate , yet he may end up being the greatest puppet on a string the USA has ever seen.Martin W.
