Android phone question. Most of my contacts list disappeared!

And the Android phone unlock passcode to recover my stuff isn't recognized by my phone. Even though it recognized the phone screen unlock #,which is the same.

This just suddenly happened out of the blue.

Any thoughts?

Software update....maybe.

I did that. I get a message before I can reset to enter my old phone screen lock code.


This is my only phone. And Google doesn't recognize that code. Please try again later something went wrong.
