anyone had a adhd medication that gave great effect=?

i feel torn between mania and adhd (psychiatry)

Not sure what the debate is or the Christian perspective, but I have experience with this. Short answer is no; no great effects. It helped me focus and tune out distractions which was what it’s supposed to do. The problem was I would get too focused on the wrong things, and would go deep into that rabbit hole, for hours. I would learn to recognize when it was happening, and try to pull out, but I’d tell myself ‘I’ll stop after this one little part’. Most times I was able to.
