I am not surprised that the reprieve is over with the results of this election. We are the generation that will see the coming of the Lord in less than 10 years. That wonderful thing being said, the Great Tribulation is at hand. Will you recognize the Antichrist when he is revealed in less than 2 years? Will you be ready to be martyred for the word of God and His principles? Or will you be so duped by believing in a pre-trib. rapture that you'll sell your soul to save your life, not recognizing the mark of the beast, or even that YOU are in the Great Tribulation you thought was God's wrath? No it is character building time and for those in the Church who have yet to overcome to make the ultimate sacrifice for Christ. To avoid that and enjoy divine protection read the letter from Jesus to the church age of Philadelphia. Keep His word - all of it. Don't cut out bits of the New Covenant you do not believe are for today! Practice all of it - be a Philadelphian.
Isaiah 5:20
Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Trust God, and be anxious for nothing.
We may not know the day nor the hour, but when we see the signs of the times that Jesus told us about, look up, for your redemption draws nigh.
For those who understand the word of God, the time is short to get your Gentile friends into the Church, because when the Antichrist is revealed, that marks the "fullness of the Gentiles" coming into the Church to be saved. Then the partial blindness will be removed from Israel, and all Israel will be saved in those last 7 years. Romans 11; 2 Thessalonians 2.
