I thought I would start this topic here, so as not to take other topics of course.

Sharing our thoughts/ opinions/beliefs.

My question is, do you believe that Jesus had 2 natures, Divine / Human?

What does the written word say?

Look forward to reading your answers / posting scripture.

"Many Bible passages support the belief that Jesus was both fully God and fully man, including:

  • John 1:14: "The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us"

  • John 10:30: "I and the Father are One"

  • Matthew 1:20: "That which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit"

  • Philippians 2:6-8: A passage that clarifies Jesus' full deity and humanity

  • Hebrews 1:3: A passage that clarifies Jesus' full deity and humanity

  • Colossians 1:17: A passage that clarifies Jesus' full deity and humanity

  • Galatians 4:4: A passage that states that Jesus took on human flesh to redeem those under the law

  • 1 Timothy 2:5: A passage that states, “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus”

The belief that Jesus is both fully God and fully man is rooted in both biblical scripture and historical references. Jesus is referred to as Theanthropos, which means "the God-man".

Just a google search :)

I think Jesus was God in flesh, so I think he had only a divine nature.
