Asteroid 99942 Apophis is due to pass near earth at an altitude of ~30km which is about 3 times the high atmosphere and lower in height than some satellite orbits.

Due on April 13, 2029 to be nearest earth. Would it alter the satellite orbits? And how much effect on them and other earth conditions will it have?
Would it cause some satellites to fall to earth? Will the nations alter its trajectory?
The moon is around 400,000km which varies in orbit distance slightly as seen by differences in size. Quite a larger distance beyond than Apophis.
The size of 99942 Apophis is around some sky scraper buildings.
