My feeling is this goes on in every election by democrat officials in elections where they have a lot of interest in keeping democrats in power.

It's sad when we have cheaters, liars, hypocrites and traitors running our country. 
Where is the push back? Too many RINOS.
Where is the push back? Too many RINOS.And since there are no names on the ballots, they have no traceability once in the boxes. Many tens of thousands of such ballots in the system and no way to prove any are not real or fraud. So all are considered legitimate ballots.
Elections are won and lost on less than a hundred votes difference.
