My family came from the Soviet Union. My whole family including my cousins. Each family came with like 1-2 thousand US dollars (life savings). That was about 13 years ago. Today my family lives in an upper class house overlooking a view of my city. My cousins came in the 1980's. They opened a house construction business and own about a million dollars worth of equipment and savings. Without God, all of this wouldn't be possible. So I say, be thankful for what you have. God will provide for you.If God provides food for ravens, then with faith, God will easily bless you with a good life.

Wow, your family seems to be unusually tallented and gifted. I hope you use it for God's glory.

My Jewish great grandfather Label, immagrated from Pruzany Russia in the late 1800's... He came to a small town in Texas named Seguin and he also became very successful, I have visited the town to see the buildings he built there... One has this frieze on the top with stick angel figures all around it... He was a man who "thought great thoughts" and one man told me if he ever needed and idea, he went to "Papa Pomerantz". His sons were also very willing to work hard and he had a daughter who taught ballroom dance all over south Texas in spite of having polio and one leg being shorter than the other...My grandmother...Driven is the word I would use to describe her...God has bless me also... and not through inheritance... but through straight out blessing in amazing ways.... I am disabled, unable to work since 02 but my home I bought for 17,000.. and fixed up, my cars also paid for and I have been able to pay most bills in advance.. I have no credit debt... and have 2 boats... I began to keep the whole Word about 8 years ago.. Sabbath is my day of rest... I do not drive or do servile work on it...I have done my best to have a forgiving heart and an open hand... I do not respect out of title or money in the bank, but love all who come in my life as best I can and give what I have to give to those who need it...I sound like a braggert, but I am the last to do so...I just believe that the formula for living a blessed life is as is described in the Word in Deuteromony 5:6 - 6:11 and really spend ever minute of time I can in the Word for that is the real wealth we can have in this life... studying line by line and word by word is the best way... I study every week day with a great linguist... he can be found at www.shepherdschapel.com . To know God is the head of my home and Yashua is my covering is the best feeling I have ever known..and because He is in charge here, we live in bountiful blessing..

My family came from Odessa, Ukraine.. Mom, dad and 12 children all moved here 10 years ago with $1500.00 lifesavings and clothes. Now, 10 years later, my parents own a house, and a decent car. All 12 children are supplied with everything they are in need of, also all in decent colleges and have good jobs, condos, cars etc. The good life we have now is nothing we ever deserved, this was continuous prayers of my mom who was sick, and my dad who had to provide to 12 children. God is awesome!!!
