As the Bible refers to something other than the Bible alone then the doctrine of the “Bible Alone” or sola is NOT biblical and false doctrine!

Acts 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

The church is the pillar and ground of truth! 1 Tim 3:15

Bible alone? Not without the infilling of the Spirit of God.

1 Corinthians 2:
6 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

9 But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

a church that is Christ's isn't a church that's Christ's unless they have a relationship with the Father through the Son. therefore no its not the church as you say. its the Lord God with you. in case you don't know, the bible is a documentation of a people's relationship with the Lord their God. of which confirm to the believer their God and experiences with God are the same, hence same God same Faith.

so the primary thing is one's relationship in Christ Jesus to be sons of God is the prize here. mutual sharing in a life being lived that is common, is as natural as living things themselves, don't make more of it then it is.

it cant be bible alone because we have not had a complete bible in thousands of years. there are more than 40 books mentioned by name in the bible that are no longer in the bible.

Yes the Bible does not say what is and what is not the Bible

and if one sola is false doctrine they all are, a bad tree cannot bear good fruit

this relationship with the son is in a covenant and He is the mediator and you can only have union or relationship with him and therefore each other thru baptism!

That is one terrible... analogy.

Just what doctrine might have the Apostles of Christ had that Acts 2:42 was referring to???

The testimony of Jesus Christ! That means The Gospel!

That means the Witness in GOD'S WRITTEN WORD!

Now there's the proper analogy.

Maybe the next ignorant idea we'll hear on this thread is how there are OTHER WRITINGS that were left out... of The Bible!

Those with that KIND of doctrine hail from the side of Christ's enemies, especially the New Age Occultists who wrongly teach pseudepigrapha works that lie and say Jesus married Mary Magdalene, traveled to Tibet and was initiated in ancient Egypt and Greece during the 18 missing years towards adulthood, and other such lies.

Everything... will be measured according to God's Holy Writ.

The Bible can be a very good thing when used as directed by the Holy Spirit. Used wrongly as so often I believe we see... it reminds me of Nehushtan [II Kings 18:4] made initially as God directed to save lives [Numb. 21:8-9] but then it became an object of worship... and King Hezekiah had it destroyed.

Ye have I not written of that... Our truth is in Christ.

The Bible was written in the stars before... it was ever put down in ink. See Bullinger's scholarly work The Witness of The Stars.

What is refered to is immaterial even if it is found word for word in scripture, it cannot change the fact that the Bible refers to something other than the Bible or the Bible alone

Your words just do not make sense at all.

The word 'Bible' itself just means 'book'. So that's not the matter. And whether it is written down on paper, or in the star constellations, that shows God's Word is not just ink, nor an imagination by men.

2 Peter 1:20-21
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Oh how wrong you are,

Act_2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

all started at Pentecost

Act 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Act 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
Act 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
Act 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Act 2:5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
Act 2:6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
Act 2:7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
Act 2:8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
Act 2:9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
Act 2:10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
Act 2:11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
Act 2:12 And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?
Act 2:13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

Guess who the new wine is...
