It may seem stating the obvious, however, the argument around it has muddied the waters, so that some are rejecting Millennialism based on pseudo-millennial teachings.

And so, sometimes it is good to go back to the basics:

The Millennial reign of Christ and His saints on earth is exactly for one thousand years, to the day. It is not a spiritual reigning for however long on earth, nor is it extended into the new earth.

'A' and 'The' thousand years is spoken 6 times in Rev 20:1-7, as though God wants to ake sure no one misses the main point of Christ's reign on earth: the length of time on earth.

Here are the last to verses:

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison.

Scripture does not say Christ ceases to reign at this time, as though His reign ends, but only says when the thousand years are expired, then and only then will Satan be loosed for a little season, Gog and Magog will surround the city and camp, and fire of God from heaven will devour them all.

It doesn't even say the elements of heaven and earth are burnt up and dissolved at that time, to fulfill 2 Peter 3.

And so, anyone teaching a spiritual 'millennial' reign of Christ today, or a millennial reign into the new earth, is not teaching the millennial reign of Christ on earth by Scripture: Which will be exactly for one thousand years.

That's not to say there is no spiritual reigning of Christ today within His church body, but it cannot be His millennial reign, which first begins with the bodily resurrection of His at His second appearing.

Teaching Rev 20:1-7 as spiritual only, is also saying the resurrection is past, which Paul rebuked as overthrowing the faith of some. (2 Titus 2)

The Scriptural teaching of the millennial reign of Christ on earth, is for one thousand years, with His and His saints' resurrected mortal bodies ruling over the remaining nations on earth.

And so, there is no Amil nor Premil, but only believing in the one thousand year earthly reign of Christ, or not.

Perhaps, God simply wants to know who will take Him at His word. Also, who the false prophets will be during His millennium, saying the end is near every couple hundred years or so.

And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.

2 Peter 3:10-13KJV

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

What your missing is that there are two separate thousand years one the reigning and one the binding.

Jesus never stops reigning in our world because He is God. The binding stops when satan is released the reigning stops at the end of our world

And the Greek word use is a number used to express a thousand of something, a thousand singles of that something actually which is why the word is plural. It's the word you would use if you had a thousand dollar bills, rather than one bill worth 1000 dollars.

That's the same thousand years, not two of them. Christ rules over the nations and satan is imprisoned for exactly a thousand years. When the thousand years is over, the rule over the nations is over and satan's imprisonment is over at the same time.

There is no such thing as a literal 1,000 years found in scripture,Revelation 20:4-6 represents the Lords eternal spiritual, where one day is 1,000 years "No Literal Earthly Time" its that simple

2Peter 3:8KJV
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

There is, right there in Rev 20. The early church was unanimous about this issue. Amill popped up much later with denial-interpretation of what Rev 20 speaks about.

Your claim is a fairy tale, no literal kingdom on this earth with mortal humans present is seen in Revelation 20:1-6, you have nobody fooled but yourself

You are in denial of the future tense verb RULE in Rev 19 promising a rule over the nations after the events of Armageddon. Go ahead and copy and paste a canned response to avoid this Amill breaking fact.

As you have been shown several times in your continued denial

Jesus returns to destroy the wicked in God's wrath, your continued claims this represents Jesus ruling on a earthly throne is "Laughable"

Revelation 19:15KJV

This looks like one of the subjects we agree on.The only thing I disagree with is 2 Peter 3.
I see 2 Peter 3 as being a local event in the middle east at Christs coming. That is when the beast that dwells in the promised land is destroyed by fire. The land is destroyed before the 1000 year reign though it will recover as written in Ezekiel 38 before Gog invades.Me and truth 7t7 had a debate about the kingdom of heaven and I mentioned to him that I would be traveling east to the kingdom of heaven .He stayed confused for days not knowing where the kingdom of heaven will be on earth.lol

Mathew 8:11-12
I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Truth7t7 was never able to comprehend where the kingdom of heaven is even though I showed him time and time again what land Abraham was promised.God had promised Abraham the kingdom of heaven from the very beginning .I remember Jacob and Joseph was very careful to be buried in this land and not in Egypt.

Genesis 17:8
And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

The seed of Abraham being Christ.

Galatians 3:16
The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.

The borders of this promised kingdom are the Euphrates river and the Nile river. All the nations within these boundaries today will cease to exist when Christ comes and it will all be one kingdom. The only people who will survive at Christ coming are those who have received the holy spirit. They will attend the feast of tabernacles.

Zech 14
16 Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.

At the end of the 1000 years ,The nations outside the kingdom of heaven ,Persia Magog,Ethiopia, Libia and such attempt to overthrow the kingdom of heaven and are destroyed by God.

Like I had said earlier, the beast kingdom which consists of the countries in the promised land today will not exist during the millium. They are destroyed when they attacked Jerusalem before the millennium began.Egypt will exist but according to Ezekiel ,after egypts destruction in the first war,no one will be able to live in Egypt for 40 years, after that it will remain a base kingdom not able to attack anyone again.

As you have been shown several times in your continued denial

Jesus returns to destroy the wicked in God's wrath, your continued claims this represents Jesus ruling on a earthly throne is "Laughable"

As YOU have been shown several times in your continued denial that Jesus does not come and destroy all mortals. You won't address the verb tense being future in Rev 19 because you can't. It destroys your position. All you can do is avoid it but how you can sleep at night knowing you are wrong is crazy to me.

Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite (Aorist tense verb with PRESENT tense meaning) the nations: and he shall rule (FUTURE tense verb) them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth (PRESENT tense verb) the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Here rule/poimaino is in the FUTURE tense meaning it will happen at some point AFTER the second coming and battle of Armageddon while treadeth/pateo is written in the PRESENT tense meaning it is happening during this second coming. The treading and smiting are happening at Armageddon but not the ruling which proves mortals will be alive after Armageddon is over. This proves the Premill position because indeed there is a future rule of people who were not slain during the second coming that Christ and his saints will rule over.

Amillennialism wouldn't even exist if the first person to teach it bothered to check the verb tenses in Revelation 19.

But verse 5 says that the rest of the dead don’t come back to life until the thousand years are over and this happens on the resurrection day in verses 11-15 while is after satan is released and finally defeated

There isn't going to be surviving mortal humans after the return of Jesus Christ, this is (The End)

Destroyed Them "All", Not Some But "All"

Luke 17:29-30KJV
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

But verse 5 says that the rest of the dead don’t come back to life until the thousand years are over and this happens on the resurrection day in verses 11-15 while is after satan is released and finally defeated

It's the same one period of a thousand years. It's mentioned 6 times but isn't two or six different periods of time.

So you think Lot will leave Sodom and fire will burn Sodom again at the second coming? I don't think there is anyone who would agree with that. Also, how is burning that city going to burn all cities around the world?

Your in complete "Denial" to maintain your false teachings and beliefs

It's a comparison that will take place upon the entire earth, of course you desire to remove biblical truth to maintain your false belief and teaching

But the bible says all of certain cities were destroyed, not your eisegesis version of a global destruction. Localized ALL not global ALL. The false teachings and beliefs belong to you, not me.
