It seems to be slowly developing in the minds of the people that when a man who has no living wife marries a woman with a husband that that man will be free to divorce this woman and be free to marry another. The man is guilty of fornication and may marry another but the woman is bound to her first companion.

Are these your own conclusions/ observations or are you just cutting and pasting?

no... not true... One sin does not wipe out another sin. They will both be committing adultery. The man commits adultery because he married a divorced woman but he will also be committing adultery if he marries another. accept for unfaithfulness on the first woman's part...

Matthew 5
32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

The second part of your thesis is correct...The woman in this case has committed adultery because she married while her husband is still alive.

Mark 10
11 He answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. 12 And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.”

1 corinthians 7:10
To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. 11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife.

1 Corinthians 7:39
A woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes, but he must belong to the Lord.

This part I enlarged.. I never thought about it this way before but does that mean she can only remarry a man whom is saved? (Which you should do either way, dont be unevenly yoked)

No... what it means is ~ If her husband dies [and I'm assuming that they are believers] ~ she is free to marry again...but she can only marry a believer. :)

The whole issue is about the two being one flesh :)

Matthew 19 may shed some more light on it...

3 Some Pharisees came to him to test him. They asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?”
4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
7 “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?”
8 Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. 9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
