I would be interested in seeing a breakdown of municipalities in California fund things like public works and see what differences there are for white and black communities.

passing this legislation can't happen at the federal level as it is specifically written out as prohibited in the 14th amendment.
State governments can do what they want. If this passes into law, this is extreme racism, redresses nothing, will create more divisive hatred.

This is a good example of the extremely dividing politics of our day.

If anybody should be paying reparations it should be Democrats. They were the slave holders. They formed the KKK. They introduced Jim Crow laws. They opposed the civil rights legislation introduced in the 1960's. And since the 60's the Democratic Party's "gift" to black America has been stratospheric rates of crime, violence, suffering, and death. That's ALL on the Democratic Party. Make Democrats pay the reparations.

What I have seen of people who have taken bad drugs, like ICE etc is that they can not think on any level in depth clearly anymore for they are so shallow and no real true depth can be mustered from them truly. but they can rattle on with things subjects but it's in the main not coming from a truly logical direction. It's mainly coming from what they have come across on TV.
I found that you can not have an open conversation with them in depth as they are just regurgitating dribble that makes them feel at one with the masses, they only go with the numbers, so if it's common majority think XYZ then they take that stance up regardless.

It's not what do they think ? for they do not think ! They are always flogging a dead horse and pissing into the wind about issues about blacks etc etc and it's all only dribble coming from a good for nothing perception, that will never drag people out from such shallow stupidity ever ! it will just not work and the direction they are on is futile, because it's not truly worthy of reality, it's a show pony, only truly a circus !

Blacks enslaved blacks as well in fact back in Africa, that was rife before the Jews came in Ships and got the Islamic people to do their bidding in stealing the blacks and forcing into Jewish owned business and ships, then sold them in the USA.

History has black land owners had black slaves as well and they were worse than the Whites who owned slaves.

How can a generation be forced to pay for something that they never did in fact ! That's like the Jews who get payed money from the Germans even nowadays, so some 20yo German nowadays is paying for something that has nothing to do with them at all.

What is going to happen with the English who treated the Scots and Irish and the Welsh then ?
Not to mention one who is of English, Scot, Welsh, Irish blood line ? who are they going to claim wronged them down the history of forefathers ? All such has to stop ! as I do not give a rats about your history line, It's the Now and on ward that is the only real issue now and shut up about dragging up the past, as that does not help anyone at all. Or I am going to go on about finding something regarding in my bloodline going back 4500 years ago.
