Been skimming the forum for a few hours. I think that I may fit in here.

I'm Christian. Non-denominational. Male. Late 50s. Single. Childless.

I like blueberries. Read the Health forum. I've become a 'food is medicine' adherent. Made peace with Kale recently. God really made some fantastic foods! Rediscovering that.

Into technology, but do not intend to let any technology into me.

These days just watching prophecy unfold and waiting around to see what happens next!

Thanks guys. I enjoy some 1015 onions. Gig'em.

Had to go vegan (lower case "v"!) for health reasons. So no cream cheese and while croissants technically vegan/vegetarian, they are too refined for what I am doing right now. I was doing some lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I wasn't getting the results I needed. Never could get with the sour bite of grapefruit, but I have been an orange killer since I was a kid. Still my favorite citrus fruit. Haven't even had those in awhile. Going to fix that.
