Friends you can pray that God cancel FIR or quash the FIR and 6 members be free and live a life for God.
You can also pray God bless 6 person and their family and others that God bless with His peace joy healing care. For these 6 person and their family and others life is not normal and not safe
It is difficult to share but you can pray God be their refuge, strength and shelter.

Thank you!

I had to Google what was being requested.

In India, an FIR (First Information Report) is a formal document that initiates the criminal justice process, recorded by police when they receive information about a cognizable offense. It serves as the first step for investigations into serious crimes like murder or rape and must be filed by any aggrieved person or witness to set the legal process in motion.

In India, crimes like rape and murder are considered cognisable unlike crimes like public nuisance, hurt and mischief.[5] In general non-cognisable offences are bailable and placed under the First Schedule of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). On 12 November 2013, the Supreme Court of India said it was mandatory for the police to register a First Information Report for all complaints in which a cognisable offence has been discovered.

I trust that this helps to understand what is being requested for prayer.

Thank you. I also wondered what it was about.

So perhaps praying for someone on the street is a cognisable offense?
