Maybe the American ship wasn't performing usual activities...Maybe the Chinese are trying to provoke the American's to war.Maybe the Chinese are intimidated by the American vessel.A lot of maybes I feel.... Maybe someone else could bring some sort of light to the situation and maybe answer some of my maybes...
