I'm going to have to tell you that if you've never had that good ol' South Louisiana Cajun cookin', you have missed out on something great to at least try!!! I absolutely love pastalaya (like jambalaya, but with pasta), crawfish, crawfish etoufee, shrimp stew, shrimp au gratin,shrimp or crawfish creole, a Cajun-spiced blackened steak, seafood stuffed potatoes, and the list goes on. Of course, you've got to love spicy food to love most of these things! I'm getting hungry just thinking about all of it!!! Even the fried fish and shrimp has a kick to it.
