    Exodus 23:1,

Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

Unfortunately the democrats do not as a general rule live by biblical principles such as this.

I have forgotten the reference, but I believe that it says elsewhere in scripture that if someone testifies against someone falsely, and it is discovered, the thing that would have happened to the accused if they had been found guilty because of their testimony should be meted out to the person that bore false witness.

I believe that if Brett Kavanaugh is found innocent, a punishment should be thought up that would be equal to his defamation of character and the destruction of his success that he would have had in becoming a Supreme Court Justice, concerning the woman who has brought accusation against him as well as the people who put her up to it.

Of course, this justice can and will only be meted out by a heavenly court room; however we should do what we can to punish the bearers of false witness; as it seems to me that all of it is politically motivated and can result in the destruction of a man's honour, which in the Bible is valued to be of greater value than great riches (Proverbs 22:1).

Brett ought to be allowed to sue that woman for all she is worth over the defamation of character if or when he is found innocent; although I don't believe he is the kind that would do that.

What about hefty monetary penalties against the Democratic Party, and a lawsuit against Feinstein and Schumer, who started this circus deliberately to sabotage the Supreme Court and the will of the people?

But when you come right down to it, it is a betrayal of the American people by all the Republicans who were given a chance to govern with a majority, but decided to go for dereliction of duty instead, and have allowed the Democrats to rule by default. They could have shut down this evil conspiracy right at the start, just like the witch hunt against Trump, but refused to act in a timely and responsible manner, and show some intestinal fortitude.

The fact that the democrats are attempting to take the high moral ground by accusing their political opponents of immorality, to me, is highly absurd. If the same standards were applied to them and they were all brought to trial for similar things, none of them would stand.

However, because the republicans at this time in history are not the accusatory type (going out of their way to find out the sins of their political opponents...see Psalms 64:6-7) most of the time democrats who seek political position (perhaps with the exception of Clinton) are not called to the carpet for the sins that they have committed and perhaps even continue to commit.

It's possible that certain democrats ran as republicans in areas where republicans were favoured in order to subvert a republican majority in situations like this where a majority republican vote might have solved everything.

The fact that he admitted to being a beer drinker when that information might have been incriminating to him indicates to me that Brett Kavanaugh is a truth-teller.

I personally don't like that he is a beer-drinker. For that reason I think it might be better if he doesn't receive the position.

But it also seems clear to me that if when the next Supreme Court justice nominee is nominated, he is accused of anything at all, that the accusations are politically motivated.

He (or she) who is without sin among you let him cast the first stone.

The only republican that can even be fit for office, in some democrats' view, would be Jesus Christ Himself. Because if someone is not as perfect as Jesus Christ, there will be some sin found in his past that will be raised to the forefront as the reason why he is not fit for office (see Psalms 64:5-7).

So then, the dems are motivating the republicans to nominate and elect people who are exemplary in their behaviour from a very young age; and the only people who fit into that category are people who were born again at a very early age and who by definition would most likely be currently ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ.

If that were to happen though, the dems would raise a stink about them being a religious bigot or some other such nonsense as that.

Fact is, in all reality the dems really want immoral people to be in positions of authority. Because it is only the immoral that would agree with certain things that they stand for like the killing of unborn babies.

God will have the last laugh. Perhaps Brett Kavanaugh would have upheld Roe v. Wade for that his judgment was affected by alcohol. I pray that if he does make it in, that he will be one of the votes that overturns Roe v. Wade. But if he isn't placed in office, I pray that the reason is that the Lord knows that he would have voted in favour of the continued murder of those who cannot speak for themselves.

You are aware, aren't you, that just about every single German citizen (including children) is "a beer drinker?" In that country, I guess you would not want anyone to be elected to any office? Well, at least you totally approve of President Trump in that respect.

It's insane that Kavanaugh hasn't already been voted on and approved.

A snowflake has accused Kavanaugh of a misdemeanor when he was a minor, decades ago. All the people she identified as witnesses have denied it happened. She told no one at the time, and really(?), not even her friends? She says the incident is burned into her memory, yet there are many major details she doesn't remember -- and, she doesn't have a benchmark to verify that her burned memory actually is reliable! People can be sure of old memories and still often are wrong.

Women have lied in the past about being victims, but even if we were to believe that snowflake and so reject Kavanaugh on her word from an old memory, it would be unfair to Kavanaugh (the preponderance of the evidence is on his side) and the country (we'd lose what seems to be a good judge). Even worse, it would be an invitation for individuals to lie to veto future nominations!

We're engaged in a civil cold war. We need to treat as such, because the other side does.
