According to John 18:28 and John 19:13-14, Jesus was crucified on the day
when the Jews were slaughtering lambs and roasting them with fire ready to
eat by sundown. In 2017, that day corresponds to Monday, April 10.

I think it's very significant that God wanted His son put to death on the very
same day the Jews put their Passover lambs to death. It can't just be
a coincidence.

I agree, but what is your point?

Had the Lord died on the cross just before sunset's commencement of
Passover on Monday, April 10, 2017; then Tuesday night would have been
his second in the heart of the earth of the three nights he predicted as per
Matt 12:40. Just one more night to go.

But he didn't die on the cross on Monday April 10 2017.

So again - what is your point?
Or perhaps there isn't one.

According to John 18:28 and John 19:13-14, Jesus was crucified on the day
when the Jews were slaughtering Passover lambs and roasting them with fire
ready to eat by sundown. The date was Nissan 14 on the Jewish calendar;
which, in 2017, corresponded to Monday, April 10 on the Gregorian
calendar.

Had the Lord died on the cross in 2017 just before sunset's commencement
of Passover, then Wednesday night would have been his third and final night
in the heart of the earth of the three nights he predicted as per Matt 12:40.
