6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 6:6,9,11.

Knowing this:

The only thing believers are offered to do in scripture is; reckon yourself dead. There is no doing in a death. In body, all your doing will be over as soon as you step out of your body and enter into what is prepared for believers after the death of the body!

Why is that? because of death. When you experience death .. that's it its over.. zilch.. nunca.. no more.. it's all over but the shout-in for that body. So it is in spirit - death is the end. Reckon it so.

Believers cannot do that.. not on their own. So Paul said to reckon (knowing) yourself dead.. crucified with him - in him. We were in him when he died - you reckon that death to be your death. That is reckon. You just don't say "ok I'm dead," without knowing (reckoning) his death is your death! It is a knowing like all the things of God come by a knowing. That means you know something. Spirit taught, know something. Spirit taught knowing. Spirit taught knowledge is; revelation.

Oh you mean I need to know something to do anything scripture says to do, yes. Aww and that is the only offer we get.. is to see his death on the cross as my death.

Why my death? because of Adam. Adam was in him when he died - and I was in Adam. Where did my trouble come from all the days of my life - from Adam. Ultimately from the one sinner, Satan (the root) - but all in Adam suffer Adam's disobedience. Why would a loving God who created all things allow such a thing? He didn't allow it - it happens in Adams disobedience to what he was told not to do. Adam was to recieve true life (another tree) but chose for himself, and humanity to take from the wrong tree. What was the results - death. Death by another. Your death came by another, even Adam. The death/life you entered this world with.. came by another.

So it is with your death/life now - it comes by the death of another.. even Jesus Christ, scripture says! Romans 7:4.

We didn't know death came by Adam until salvation was made real.. if we are not careful - we won't know our death in Christ has come by the life of another, even Jesus Christ. Gal. 2:20.

...and who can tell the difference with all the convoluted views in the basket?
