We live in the greatest of times for several reasons, but the number one reason is the fulfilling of the reason for all things. The reason for creation, the reason men and women came into exsistence to begin with. Before anything exsisted but a Father and Son. In the glory that Jesus had with his Father something was taking place. A conversation if you will took place, I'm sure more than once as the details would all be worked out.

The Son loves the Father and the Father loved the Son. The Son knows how much the Father loved the Son but more than that He sees the Father loved being Father to Him. The Son's desire is to give the Father what He wants which is to be a Father to more son's like unto the only Son. The only way that could happen in a plan to have more son's was for the only Son to give his life for a creation that was being planned. (They would be free moral agents).

The Son loved the Father so that! He would say to His Father "send me l will go."

For the plan to work out it must be through me, the Son. So the conversation took place before anything was created, a plan to create a thing and place Himself in the creature constituting a birth. It would be a new birth but nonetheless it would literally be a birthing as the natural as the natural birth take place.

1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. - John 17:1-5.

GINOLJC, to all
Addressing the OP. good topic where a lot of information is discovered.
I agree with your assessment, but may I add something to the pot. Fatherhood is about "Love", and his "Work", but also about "Reflection", in that Love and Work. take notice of what God did with his own hands. Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."

did you see it, "IMAGE", "LIKENESS", man is a Reflection of God not only in apperance, but in Love and Work.

work, Genesis 2:4 "These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,"Genesis 2:5 "And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground."Genesis 2:6 "But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground." Genesis 2:7 "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."

so we can see that Fatherhood is like God in Work and his work is creative and in this creation, loving care to take care of the creation. so God "WORK", as we should, scripture, John 5:17 "But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work." not just manually, no, but in all areas of Life, be it education, financial, social...ect...ect.

LOVE, it comes from God to ANOTHER, and God refelction of himself is IN "ANOTHER" of himself. for God is the refelction of himself in flesh.. MAN, and the Lord Jesus, in flesh, is called the "Son of Man". and God Love is the refelction in his "Son". for as said, the Father Love the Son and the Son Love the Father. and if we are in his IMAGE, scripture, John 15:12 "This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you." so as another of himself in flesh his own IMAGE/Reflection in flesh Man, like wise we should Love one another who all men, (male and female), are of God. for there is one God who is Father of us all, see Malachi 2:10.
from him comes "ANOTHER" the Son, as with Adam comes "ANOTHER" Eve. Just as God is Both the same ONE, Father and Son, (Spirit), Both Adam and Eve is ONE (Flesh). one in the same, BONE of my BONE, and FLESH of my FLESH... she shall be call woman. God Spirit of my Spirit, he shall be call Son. for the Father and I are ONE the Man and the Woman is ONE.

this is the IMAGE of God, Love, and Work, the express Image of God in MAN, (male and Female), the another of oneself.

ADAM: H120 אָדָם 'adam (aw-dawm') n-m.
ruddy i.e. a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.).
[from H119]
KJV: X another, + hypocrite, + common sort, X low, man (mean, of low degree), person.
Root(s): H119

there it is "another", in Love, another in Work, because it is only the same ONE, the Equal share, or the diversity of one's ownself. be it in Spirit, or in Flesh.

A few quotes from your post: Before anything exsisted but a Father and Son.

The Son loved the Father so that! He would say to His Father "send me l will go."

Philippians 2:19-22 goes well (imo) with your post. Not speaking of Paul or Timothy but of the relationship of “fatherhood” and Christ. So much resemblance of The Father with The Son, and the Son with the Father. “But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me”

‘But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state. [20] For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. [21] For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's. [22] But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel. Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.’

1 Corinthians 4:15-17 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. [16] Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. [17] For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
