Friends I am feeling unwell. Having pain in hands due to using walker and discomfort in repaired Knee it's very weak now. I am trying to bend knee it's not bending more.

You can pray God bless me with good health also let God help and bless so that my knee bend completely

I am sorry but the sense that I am getting is to advise you to wait in the Lord and give Him the time to repair the meniscus-cartilage as you rest in His embrace of you. Healing of joint damage takes time because first the swelling in the knee has to go down to enable the meniscus to heal. The exercising of the knee needs to slowly increase and not be over exercised/forced until it can cope with the movement of the knee.

May the Lord deal with your impatience for your recovery. It will take time before the knee regains the range of bending that you had before the accident.
