FEMA - Executive Orders (briefs of selected orders from E.O. #10990 - #12148):[WBSG comments in brown bracketed text.][Also, note that since the writing of the below, the Office of Homeland Security arose and took control of FEMA.]EXECUTIVE ORDER Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic. ["Domestic," that's YOU! The Elite in secret underground bunkers, and you out here living a hell on Earth that the Bible calls the Great Tribulation.]EXECUTIVE ORDER Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. [Can anyone say "prison camps?" "Cities cordoned off?"] The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights [You will have absolutely no rights whatsoever. No redress for wrongs and violations, no appeals process, no trials. If you are arrested, you are defacto guilty. Punishment shall be swift―hours or days.]. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years [Why haven't they told you of them?] and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen: [How comforting.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports. [no escape, no "unauthorized" travel or exodus.] EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media. [Only "controlled media" messages on your radio, TV, and Internet. Phone lines out, Cell phones blocked. You are to be isolated and receive only the information that they want you to receive. Lack of communication hinders resistance and rebellion.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals. [No escape, no gas for your car; you are at their mercy.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms. ["problem areas" won't receive food drops until they comply. Another one of these Orders, that I have seen, not mentioned here, outlaws food stockpiling; why do you think that is? (Added note: The later "food hoarding" were state orders, not federal; but what's the difference to us then?)]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision. [Slave labor, you will build your own prison camps and holding/execution facilities. Why did I say "execution?" Because some of those among the global powers that be, close to the details of the plan (Ted Turner, Maurice Strong, etc.), have gone on record saying that we need to reduce the global population by two-thirds (for sustainability). Ironically, that is the approximate number of the peoples killed in the Book of Revelation prior to the Second Advent of Jesus Christ.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions. [No medical treatment or prescription drugs for "trouble makers." Everybody on life-sustaining medications are now enslaved by their need for their daily dose. What would I do if I were in need of daily medication to survive? I would acquire and rotate a 48 month supply of the stuff. Or do what they don't want you to do―look into natural remedies, natural medicines.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons. [They will know exactly where to find you should you show up on a list of undesirables (Christians, Patriots, etc.) which they ALREADY HAVE PREPARED (they are called the Red List and the Blue List). Most of you are on the Blue List, I am no-doubt on the Red List. I bet they smile when they read stuff like this.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft. [You aren't going anywhere without your Mark of the Beast.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations. [An old Assyrian/Babylonia tactic for the control of captive peoples―relocate them to unfamiliar territory and mix them with strangers―dividing families and peoples apart. It makes you confused and more manageable; plus, the men won' fight if they can't see their women and children, for fear that they will be killed as retaliation. This is the International Judaic's mind at it's "best."]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities. [No escape, not even on a canoe down the river.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis. [Doesn't leave much out, does it? In other words, they can implement this treasonous plan at the drop of a hat! Answering to nobody. How could we have let them put this into preparation!!! Why doesn't the liberal rights-loving media or the Judaic rights-protecting ACLU complain (or even speak of) this? You know, don't you? The leaders of these type organizations shall enjoy the protection of the bunkers. These organizations are fronts for the International Judaic conspirators, always were, that's why they fund/own them.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President. [Sure sounds like they are planning on a long-term period of Martial Law, doesn't it? How does 42 months grab you? And what "penal and correctional institutions" will they need to operate? All the prisons in America are currently well staffed. They are talking about a whole another kind of gulag camp. This is phase two: round up the uncooperative. What they left out is that there are to be execution chambers. The punishment for offenses during Martial Law is execution, oftentimes on the spot. And you don't get a lawyer because the Constitution and Bill of Rights have been suspended. You are dead if you resist them. If you are lucky you are only there for "reeducation." Take the Mark of the Beast and you can leave, refuse for too long and you are executed. Revelation 13:15 speaks of this time.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period. [21 of these Orders all wrapped up into #11049. There are literally hundreds of these Executive Orders cut.]EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution ["And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Rev 13:17)] in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. [Six months isn't too bad, you say? I Guarantee you that after six months there shall be no Congress left to review this. They will either be disbanded, incarcerated, killed, or replaced by lackeys.] The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.
