God is addressing and Mary thru the instrument of His Angel!

Lk 1:26-31

26 But in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God into a city of Galilee, whose name was Nazareth [to which the name Nazareth],
27 to a maiden [to a virgin], wedded to a man, whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the name of the maiden was Mary.
28 And the angel entered to her, and said, Hail, full of grace; the Lord is with thee; blessed be thou among women.
29 And when she had heard, she was troubled in his word, and thought what manner salutation this was.
30 And the angel said to her, Dread thou not, Mary, for thou hast found grace with God.
31 Lo! thou shalt conceive in [the] womb, and shalt bear a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus.

1) This is a royal form of address, and greeting! Mary is the queen of heaven, in the line David’s kingdom the mother of the king is always the queen, and Jesus is king, Lk 1:32-33 that makes Mary the queen of heaven and all the angels and saints!

2) Mary is full of grace! Immaculate! Pure! and Holy!

3) The Lord is with Her!

4) God declares Mary blessed! She is already blessed, we call her blessed for being the mother of God, Lk 1:43 and the mother of our savior, Lk 2:11 Lk 1:30 all imitate God and call Mary blessed Lk 1:48 all those around her are just, Joseph matt 1:19 and faithful Matt 1:24 Elizabeth and Zacharias were just and blameless Lk 1:6 and John is Holy from the womb. Lk 1:15 all were full of the Holy Spirit! But only Mary is declared BLESSED by God!

5) Lk1:29 Mary’s humility reflected in vs Lk 1:48

6) Mary has found favor with God, the grace of salvation lost by Adam!

7) Lk 1:31 perpetual Virgin ( bear a son singular)

8) Mother of our salvation! She consented to our salvation (Jesus)
Lk 1:38

...only Mary is declared BLESSED by God!

Mother of our salvation!

"And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living." Gen 3:20

"And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things." Gen 24:1

"And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. " Matt 5:2-11

Types and shadows versus Reality. Is the New creation discernable by physical senses?
Give God the glory!

baptism is the outward sign of the new covenant church founded by Christ on Peter matt 16:18 and the apostles Matt 18:18 Jn 20:21-22 Lk 10:16 Jn 10:16
The church is both visible
Matt 5:14
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid
And spiritual
1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

A man dead to God is blind spiritually. When a person is drawn to Jesus by the Father, a glimmer of Light is discernible, but anyone who is not growing is in trouble with God and going blind again. Who is able to measure the growth accurately but God Himself and anyone to whom God has revealed it?

People who are complete blind cannot see us when and if we are the Light nor Jesus in order to approach. But... the Father does draw people to the Son. What can we do to help? What makes us want to help?

What is with you and Mary, theefaith? How many threads on the same topic???
Either way, I believe that amadeus clearly showed how you eisegeted the text by giving such precedence to Mary's appellations and praises, compared to all other important Biblical characters who received the exact same exaltation as her, if not considerably more.
There are barely 5 explicit verses in Scripture on Mary, whereas chapters and books are dedicated to all the other patriarchs, prophets, monarchs and priests of Scripture.
How irresponsible of you to take such a weak testimony, as far as what you are trying to convey is concerned, and turn it into such an implausible and esoteric principle? Perpetual virgin, immaculate conception, assumption into heaven, mother of God, queen of heaven, all derived from 5 verses that state absolutely nothing of what you concluded. Not a single word, phrase or expression, outside of virgin (not perpetual), of what you are declaring, can be found in any of the passages where Mary's name is found.

Do you not see the folly, in both hermeneutics and principle, in what you are trying to profess?

Who Mary is, is of paramount importance, for it says who Christ is

Then why doesn't her cousin Elizabeth receive any glory - '...of all who ever lived, none is greater than John...'?

John was not God! Jesus is!
No he wasn't. Even still, that doesn't make Mary worthy of worship. There are barely 5 verses in Scripture about her. You are espousing reckless and incompetent hermeneutics.

...somewhere around 'holy mother, queen of heaven'

saying she is holy, and mother, and queen or queen of heaven is not worship there is no adoration, no reparation, or offering of sacrifice involved

You've exalted her beyond what is warranted in Scripture.
