romans 10:16But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?2 thess 1:8In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:1 pet 4 17For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?its a established fact from these scriptures that there is something called Gospel Obedience, or obedience unto the faith..rom 1:5By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:rom 16:26But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:The question is , how does one become obedient to the Gospel ?One way, is to have had Christ died for your sins, Christ obedience unto death, ensures the future obedince of all those He died for..Rom 5:19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. By one mans disobedience, this ensured the practical disobedince of all those whom He was head of or for whom He represented..and His disobeince by Divine decree, mandated that all be born manifesting their disobedince or sinnership..The word sinner is hamartolos and primarily means devoted to sin. Not free from sinThis was the result of one man's disobedince..But, on the flip side, by one man's obedience, many shall be made righteous or obedient..The word righteous here in the greek is dikiaos and means:righteous in observing divine laws..So The obedience of Jesus Christ, for all those whom He represented, was a Head to, His obedience, just as surely as Adams disobedience effected disobedience, His obedience will effect obedience, manifesting that they have been made righteous..The first and primary obedince that Jesus christ obedience will effect, is all those whom He was head to will obey His Gospel..Hebrews says, that He has been made the authosr of eternal salvation to them obeying Him:heb 5:9And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; That is, them obeying Him owe their gospel obedince to Him being the Author of their eternal salvation..Paul says, that God be thanked for obeying the Truth.. rom 6:17But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.2 nd thess 2:13But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth
aul agains Thanks God for these beloved ones having believed the Truth..So the conclusion, all those who never obey the Gospel, never had Christ as their head, for His obedience never made them righteous, as it is promised to do, for all those whom He represents, just as Adam's disobedience made sinners for all those He represented, Is Adam greater than Jesus ? Was the effects of His disobedience greater and more successful than the effects of Jesus Christ obedience ? I don't think so..
