@firstthings1st. ...Paul was really concerned about the Body of Christ and their spiritual health..... he wished that all believers would pray or speak to our Father like we breathe in air.

We pray or speak to our Father for our loved ones, and our brothers and sisters in Christ through the spirit of truth. As we mature in Christ we find more time to ponder on our lives, and just quietly chat and thank our Father in virtually any place, for everything he has done for us in our lives. To thank him for making our lives purer, and to know we are safe in his hands, always. Even thanking him for the trials and headaches we have suffered to bring us to a greater love and reverence for him. We are to speak to our Father, simply, and with true conviction and a spiritual affectionate love, as we cry Abba. Praise and glory to our Father and his name forever. He walked with us when we were in trouble and weak. He is truly our Father, Amen.
