Does God always say yes to every selfish request/demand we make of him?
No.
God is not a jin enslaved to a book who grants wishes to those who open it.
We cannot do anything that puts God under an obligation to us, rather it is the other way round.

God does promise to heal us. He just does not say it will happen on this earth in every case.
Or his primary heal is the healing of our broken relationship with him. After that all other healings are unimportant.
