I notice your family is getting sick regularly MD. Could it be you are living in a toxic location?....poor water quality, poor air quality?
There could be other toxic factors that affect you health to say nothing about the quality of your food.
Personally, I have moved from a city environment because of the progressively compounding toxic environment cities afford.
