Hi every one

Hi every body, here's the part every one including me is a little shy about.I will be 60 years old "next year" around this time.We have 3 grown children and my wife and i were married right after we graduated from high school.i took the name horse camp because we do have a place also on a mountain that we camp on near where will live in western New Mexico and we will bring a few horses up to it from time to time.my wife in I have always had more horses and mules around than we had sence.uhmi guess some will want to know what brand name of Christian we are?we are members of the Wisconsin evangelical lutheran synod .my favorite hymn is------ dear christians one and all rejoice.My wife and i go to church almost every sunday not because we are such good christians but because we truly are not .we need to hear Gods laws and Gods gospel mesaage of Jesus who saved us from the damnation of not Living Gods laws perfectly in our thought word and deeds.========================================================We do not call ourselves Lutherans, but are so styled by our enemies, and we permit it as a token of our consent with the pure teaching of the Word which Luther set forth. We suffer ourselves to bear his name, not as of one who has invented a new faith, but of one who has restored the old, and purified the Church. -- Johann Gerhard

Welcome horsecamp ! Horses are beautiful animals, I've never ridden a horse though. Sounds beautiful place that new Mexico, mountains WOW ! Actually the country which I originally come from, the Lutheran church is the main one. I've got a backround of being evangelical lutheran, not that it does matter to anyone here. I met my husband and he went to pentecostal church. So now I'm pentecostal... ok... I know... we are not "what we say about various churches" , I'm a non-perfect christian also, who believes that Jesus died for my sins and rose from the dead and made me place in heaven. WOW !!!

Welcome to the boards. I enjoy horses from time to time. They are magnificent. I've worked at a ranch before, and in one instance I had to clean up their waste. They recognized what I was doing so they galloped to me, and left me a present to clean up. It was kind of nice, I guess. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.Anyhow, God bless you, your wife, your family, and your horses.Start praising God more and you'll find that he'll give you new desires.
