Ok then, with all the discussion recently regarding "water cults" and this specific Jehovah's Witness "doctrine of devil's" that water regenerates.... that is shared by all the water cults, i thought I'd just talk about How God saved us as this is always good to think about.
Its always good to stay very dialed in, very connected to the Cross and the Blood within your heart of faith.

So, the born again are "saved".

And this presupposes something. = It acknowledges that we are in trouble.
See, when a person is in trouble, they need what? They need to be saved.

If you fall off the Queen Mary II as she is crossing the Ocean, you need to saved.
If you are told that you have 3 months to live because your brain cancer is terminal, then you need to be saved.
If a Islamic terrorist comes into your church with 10 grenades and has a body bomb tied around herself, then you need to be saved.
Once you are born into this world of sin and you become a sinner, and hell now is waiting for you, then you need to be saved.

    Enter : God.

God knows you need to be saved.
God understands that we of ourselves, are fallen, lost, corrupted, damned, and can't do anything about it of ourselves.
We can't do anything..such as get in water, or take a cookie and some juice and correct what has damned us to hell, if its not resolved.

Reader, its not your sinning that needs to be resolved, its your UNBELIEF that is why you go to hell.
Resolve your unbelief, REPENT.... and your sin will be resolved also.

We have to have an outside Savior, as only something that we can't DO can bring us back to the place where we are once again a eternal part of God's Holy Spirit.

We understand that we are disconnected from God. And God is "A" Spirit.
So, we have to be reconnected to God=Spiritually., and only God can do this for us.

    He did.
God came here, He was from a virgin, born..., to restore us Spiritually INTO Himself.
God came here and laid His body down, so that we are recreated as exactly the same SPIRIT, as God's.
The born again are the "temple of the Holy Spirt" because God's Spirit and our newly born again, have become "ONE".
To have the same Spirit, as God's, is Why we are saved.....

Getting there, is the thing.....How to get there?
How do you BECOME an eternal part of God's Holy Spirit?
So, if i jump in a baptism pool, can the water that is natural cause a spiritual BIRTH inside me, as Jesus said that we "must be BORN again".......
And that spiritual birth, happens inside the body. Once. Exactly as you are born once on earth in a earthen body.
So, that is 2 "Birth" Days, that happen exactly once, each.

So, what is God bringing us back to?.....What is the place of recovery that is to be again, as before or as the first.
Well, that is to become like Adam.......To be restored as Adam was before he fell which caused the fall of us all.
Its interesting that Eve also fell, but its the Man's fall that caused the fall of us all.
Did you ever think about that??

Jesus is the "2nd Adam".(man) So, God as the 2nd Adam, through His own blood, makes it possible for us to become like "1st Adam" and remain so.

Salvation is God coming here to do that for you. And when you are born again, it has happened.
But this time, you have a different situation. You have God Himself who has made you righteous by giving you His own righteousness as a "GIFT" = born again, and this Same Righteousness keeps you righteous.
If it didn't it would be useless. It would be as useless as water, or the blood of a goat.
Adam didn't have this SAVING situation. Adam didnt have God's Blood as an eternal covering, as an eternal redemption, always cleansing, always keeping you sinless as a born again Spirit.

"where sin abounds, Grace more abounds"..

See that "Grace".. That is God using His own blood to keep you sinless based on His own blood.
That is to be "born again". That is to be "One with God and Christ". That is to be "justified, sanctified, and redeemed" BY.. The BLood of the Lamb.
Jesus's blood is God's blood and God's Blood is THE SAVING GRACE.
    Not water.

And how do you know God's blood keeps you sinless if you are born again?
Because this same Blood is saving people today, tomorrow, and forever, and it was shed 2000 yrs ago.
    See that POWER !!
So, that is the POWER of the BLOOD of JESUS.
That is the Power of God's Blood Atonement.
2000 yrs ago it was running down a Cross and dripping of the Feel of the dying Lord, and it is still so powerful.. GOD's Holy BLOOD, is so powerful, that 2000 yrs later it keeps causing reconciliation to begin thousands of times per day and salvation to sustain in all the born again, for ETERNITY.

God did that for you, for FREE, if you are born again.
He took His own blood, laid His own life/body down.... and made you righteous, and keeps you so.

What Saves? The Blood of God.
What Saved you if you are born again ? The Blood of God.
What keeps you Saved if you are born again? The Blood of God.

    Not water.

And how to you get the Blood of God shed on you, and not just shed for you?
    See that?
God's blood has to be shed on you...applied to you. and not just shed for you.
It has to be APPLIED TO YOU......and once it is, then you are now God's.
Once you are born again, you are always born again.

John 3:16, is the offer of God's blood being shed for you...for the world. Its a universal offer.
Being born again, is when God's blood is shed on you.

    How does God do it?
Well, He said this. 1st Corinthians 18:21. """It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to SAVE all that BELIEVE""..

    Notice "SAVE" & "BELIEVE".

See those 2? That is Salvation.. applied.
"all that believe shall be saved"
"As many as BELIEVED, God gave to them the power to BECOME the Sons of God".
"if you have BELIEVED with all your heart", then you may follow your salvation with water baptism.

Now notice these verses... "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"..
"Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him, as righteousness".
    "Justification by FAITH"

So, what God does, is accept your Faith, to then apply His shed Blood.
You REPENT from Unbelief, and God sees that faith in your heart, and He then applies that Blood that was shed 2000 yrs ago to you....>He applies it TO YOU.......and that blood is RIGHTEOUS and it makes you RIGHTEOUS< and that is how you remain.
You literally become "blood bought", as that Blood has purchased your salvation and God has applied it to you.
God's Blood makes you as sinless as God, and the instant it does = because you BELIEVED, God's Holy Spirit gives God's Eternal LIFE to your dead Spirit and you are spiritually BORN AGAIN into GOD's Spirit, by the Holy Spirit.

    That's born again.
God does it ALL.....Shed the blood, gives the offer, applies the application, then sustains the justification.

""God, who began salvation is all the born again, will HIMSELF be faithful to complete it""

And how could Father God not be faithful to keep you saved, to complete your salvation, when this same God began your salvation with His own shed blood.

    A.) He will.
    Never doubt it.
Never doubt your salvation, if you are born again and not just water baptized... as when you doubt your eternal salvation you are actually doubting God Himself, as if He wont keep His word.
    A.) He will.

    Believe it.

    1) 1 John 1:8 teaches us that if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us;

    2) repentance is definable as making a 180-degree turn away from sin, death, hell, and satan towards righteousness, life, heaven, and God, and it is also necessary for salvation (Matthew 7:23, Matthew 25:41; Matthew 13:41-42);

    3) Romans 11:20-22 would tell us that if we don't continue in His goodness, we will be even cut off.

Once again a lot of false opinions without any Scripture. You need to abandon the idea that you are a teacher, and get into the mode of being a student, and learn what the Bible really teaches.

John had no sin when He wrote that verse, just like he has none now.
If you ever figure out why, then you have taken your first step towards understanding what "made righteous" and "in Christ" actually mean.

If you feel that my Thread that gives God through Christ all the credit for Salvation is deceit, then you have no understanding of God's Grace or The Cross.

    Do yourself a favor.
Read John 3:16 until it makes sense to you, as God would have you understand it correctly.
    If that could ever happen.
    Its worth a try.

    False doctrine and heresy.

John may have no sin now, having received a glorifies body; however when he wrote that verse he still had his flesh in which there dwelleth no good thing (Romans 7:18).

John had no sin the second he became born again.
    Who had it?
Jesus on the Cross, who BORE OUR SIN IN HIS OWN BODY...

1 Peter 2:24...""Jesus, who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins,......

So, that is my position in Christ... I'm "dead to sins"..because im "Alive to Christ"..
All the truly Born again have this same eternal situation.
= Jesus has our sin, and we the born again have "The righteousness of God in Christ".

And that will never change, because the Blood Atonement is not temporary.

You like to say that i am a gnostic, and you never proved it as you can't prove a lie...., and in fact you really dont even understand what that means, or who they were.
Yet you tried to assign that stigma to me, even while you were completely ignorant of what you were saying.
    So, that's your fruit.
THat's who you are , as ive seen you, for 8 months.
You are talk and opinion and righteousness of self, parading about as "the pastor of this forum".

    False doctrine and heresy.

I believe that I proved it when I made the claim...at that time the evidence was before us all and I was in fact able to prove my point.

So now, 8 months later, when your posts that proved your gnostic bent are buried far down on the 10th and later pages...you claim that you are not a gnostic and that I was wrong to identify you as one.

But I will say that 1 John was written to deal with the gnostic heresy and that 1 John 1:8 was also written to identify the gnositc heresy.

So, the fact that you deny it at the core of your belief indicates to me that you have a gnostic bent in your theology.

That may or may not be proof, depending on who you might talk to about it.

You can't even define "gnostic" unless you run to the internet and cut and paste and pretend you wrote it, or.... you read it and then come and sort of rewrite it.
So, what you proved is that you will say anything, no matter if its true or not.
    You need attention.

Also, no born again Spirit has any sin. THe born again are "incorruptible".
Including the Apostles who were all born again Spirits.

How did God do it ALL ?
    OP^

    In Brief;
    (Warning; beware of conjunctions)

    Eternal Lord God Almighty's,
Word and Power came forth out from Him and caused His Will to come into fruition, by creating a Dust creature He called a Terrestrial mankind of thing, then making that creature Alive and then teaching that mankind of thing, about Himself, and giving that mankind of thing, an option to have a "do-over", and become "made", like God, PERFECTED and a promise of complete perfect holiness and live forever with the Lord God Almighty, in a good, beautiful, perfect holy world.

    :)

Right....because I am certainly not a gnostic author...I do not teach gnosticism...I fight against it.

Because sin resides in the flesh for the born again believer (Romans 8:3).

Yes, sin lives in the flesh.

Are you in flesh, or in spirit?

    (Romans 8:9)

    ?

It is only common sense that we have all been born of the flesh and therefore we are all made of flesh (John 3:6).

That we are not "in the flesh" (Romans 8:9) means, not that we do not exist in a body of human flesh, and neither does it mean that we do not have indwelling sin; but it means that we are no longer subject to fleshly desires since sin in the flesh has been rendered dead (Romans 6:6, Galatians 5:24, Romans 7:8) and therefore no longer has any say over our behaviour (Romans 6:14).

So then what does it mean that sin lives in your flesh, but you are not in flesh?

While we were once the man born from Adam . . . in flesh, now we are the man born from God . . . in the Spirit. You are no longer the flesh man.

    Much love!

Common sense is all well and good if it agrees with God.

We live in flesh bodies but we are not a body. We live in a body. We are spirit children of God, we who are reborn.

Identification with your flesh is misidentification.

    Much love!

You are not in "the" flesh.

You are in flesh...for you are born of flesh and therefore you are flesh (John 3:6).

And my statement does agree with God (specifically what He said in John 3:6).

    Nope. See Romans 7:18.

Rom 7:18, For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

Here Paul states, "my flesh is me". He identified himself with his flesh in this statement.

The "flesh" is not your body, silly one.

IF it was, then how can the "old man", be "reckoned dead".

See, the flesh is the CARNAL MIND, not your physical body.

Also, "gnostic" is not something you actually understand, nor was it understood by the person that could not explain it to you correctly, that caused you to be confused, until today.

The flesh would in fact appear to be the physical body of the believer, as we look at Romans 8:12-13.

Also, the concept that Jesus is come in the flesh means that He is come in a physical human body.

Your contention that the flesh is not your body provides a convenient way for you to deny that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh while at the same time affirming it with your words, because of the change in definition.

I suppose that it is something that you understand because you have studied it by reading the gnostic documents (if you haven't, it might be easy for you to deny this in your own defense).

I would venture to say that you were deceived by them.
