How do you get a negative rating on your post?

The negative ratings are left over from the old rating system. The system was changed.

Yup. With the old system you could give negative or positive. With the new, just positive because it became a proxy war to see which group could give the other the most negatives.

I did give out negative reputation probably a small handful of times, but generally speaking any leftovers would be a community effort.

I'm sure no one uses it, but I just thought it was funny that you even could
