I have a terrible and unGodly weakness

When I encounter militant atheists, and their numbers are innumerable, I become filled with hatred and vindictiveness toward them when I witness their lies and hatred for that which is Godly. In other words, I am oftentimes a terrible Christian.

I believe that they are the tares that Jesus spoke of. Jesus also said to pray for my enemies. I believe that, one day, they will be my brothers and sisters in Christ. But at this moment I DESPISE them.

Jesus warned us about sharing pearls with them. I should completely avoid them.

I just wanted to confess and get that off my chest. Helpful feedback is appreciated.

I don't think that was me, but I like the sentiment.

Actually, my challenge is those who think themselves to be "good Christians" but are blind to what they really are. Because I know I'm one of them too.
