Hi there,
So this is a simple proverb that has helped me immensely, so I thought I would share:
Now, what does the Devil say? "No, you must not mistrust your medication", "there is no escaping your cure, it is not funny" - see? The Devil is trying to control your flesh, he has no concept of what it is to be well!
But what does the Spirit say? "Woe to you laugh now, for you shall mourn" is scriptural, but is that "its ok to laugh 'later'"? - watching? The Holy Spirit does not forbid laughter!
The power of all this, is that you are learning to be discerning about what a "cure" is - what it means and why you may want it. It's not complex. You don't have to have every angle on it!
I hope you have found this encouraging.
God bless.

Just think this over "I am not well, but I don't need to rush to curing myself", "I am prepared to laugh, but not at everything", or "as happy as I am at my cure, there is room for improvement" - see? You start to have humble thoughts about your treatment!Simple Proverb said:If you can laugh at your cure, you are not far from being well (selah)
