Ezekiel 29:21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD."

"In that day" is when the king of Babylon, (historically king Nebuchadrezzar but in the future sense it is Satan himself), will arrive for his great tribulation, his hour of temptation. DECEPTION, DECEPTION, DECEPTION, for he will be pretending to be Christ just as his followers now pretend to be Christian. Perhaps they even believe they are Christians. They are the "many antichrists/antichristians" running around spreading lies. Will we believe them/him? God tells us many will. As...they are now.

However, "in that day," when folks are falling all over themselves to worship the fake because they aren't being taught that the fake comes first.....God will "cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth." When does/did this "budding" first begin?

Biblically, "horn" is symbolic of kings and their power. The "house of Israel" are Christians and our King, our power, is Christ. He dwells in us, giving us power to "bud forth." Notice the rod of power isn't fully developed but they/we are "budding." We are getting stronger as His Spirit is teaching us, opening new revelations, preparing us for that day. Already we witness for Him as the time draws nearer but soon......

Mark 13:9-13 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them. And the gospel must first be published among all nations. But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not yet that speak, but the Holy Ghost. Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for My name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

The gospel must first be "published," or...

#2784 to herald (as a public crier), espec. divine truth (the gospel), - preacher (-er), proclaim, publish.

The definition of "gospel" is the good news. Here it is the "divine truth." That is an interesting distinction. The good news has been spread around the world but the...divine truth is, I believe, the latter rain that has yet to be proclaimed. That deeper knowledge is what "must first be published," and that happens when the Holy Spirit speaks through the witnesses of end times.

Joel 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for He hath given you the former rain moderately, and He will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

2:28-29 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out My spirit.

    So, to repeat....

Ezekiel 29:21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD."

When Satan is here our Father sends the Holy Spirit to speak through the mouths of His elect....in the midst of them. They will teach His Word and those that are to hear....will hear. That is the destiny of His elect:

Ezekiel 30:2-3 "Son of man, prophesy and say, 'Thus saith the Lord GOD; 'Howl ye, Woe worth the day! For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen.

30:4 And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.

30:9-11 In that day shall messengers go forth from Me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.' Thus saith the Lord GOD; 'I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon. He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.

We too are sons and daughters and should teach that, "the day is near" or...the day came last month! It has literally happened and I believe, speaks of the spiritual event to happen. The "sword" that "shall come upon Egypt" is the Word. Egypt is symbolic of the world and all it's worldly pleasures and although His Word is taught, when placed in the hands of the king of Babylon (Satan), it becomes twisted and it shall slay many...as it does now. They destroy the land (people) with their swords (lies, deception, false doctrine).

I wonder what it will be like when, in "that day," that cloudy day....He sends messengers in ships? What...or who, are they?

    Dear Whirlwind:

Sorry, my friend, but you are wrong. There are still Israelites today who are not christians.

Tthe existence of the nation of Israel, once more, after almost 2,000 years of exile, is evidence of theiir existence.

The church has not replaced Israel, periiod!

    God Bless you. Charlie

No, the church has not replaced Israel. The church IS Israel.

You must make a distiction between the "nation of Israel" and the house of Israel.

What I am going to share is just a personal revelation given to me by God. I am not asking anyone to believe me. What I do recommend is for everyone to ask Jesus himself or herself if what I share is of God.

Thirty some years ago, as I was driving into a town that was over thousand miles away from my home, a place that Jesus told me to go. Jesus told me a time was coming soon when man would suffer more then he has ever suffered. I remember at the time he told this, of seeing a vision of dark, devastation upon the earth. Jesus told me to give a word and leave. He said that a community would grow out of the word that I would give. Jesus said he wanted a place of safety for his people.

By the way I was driving into that town in a nineteen sixty-four Valliant. It was all rusted out. It was my wife’s car that she drove in college. Jesus had told my wife and me to sell everything I owned and move to a town eleven hundred miles away. I had already lost most everything I had, as the Holy Spirit told me that I would if I gave my life to Jesus. We had two hundred and forty dollars when we left. We also had three babies. Their ages were, three, two, and eleven months. We were homeless people living in a tent.

Jesus has also given me a vision of me going into a spiritual battle with him, a battle where I am killed.

I have also have been given words about the two prophets in revelations, but that word has not been made clear to me yet.

Charlie -- The nucleus of the 'house of Israel' is located in the 'nation of Israel'.

Other members of Israel are scattered all over the world. When they hear the 'Trump of God' they will go to be with their brothers and sisters in the Holy L:and.

Those Christians who are 'accounted worthy', Luke 20:34-36 and 21:36 will be caught up to be with the Lord in the clouds, when they hear the voice of the archangel announce, "The bridegroom cometh!" 1Thess.4:14-18.

    God Bless you. Charlie.

You are mistaken Charlie. The house of Israel is not in the nation of Israel.

Whirlwind, I agree the day of The LORD is very near, and will come in our present generation.

The prophecy about Egypt in Ezek.29 was historical about God bringing the king of Babylon upon them, making it a base nation. Thus the symbolic endtime king of Babylon will do the same, spiritually and literally.

    Dan 11:41-43
41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.
42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.
    (KJV)

Strife in Egypt today is about Christ's enemies taking it over and ending its conservative rule and associations with Israel and the Christian west. Per Bible history, Israel relied upon Egypt many times instead of God.

Note Dan.11:41 about Edom, Moab, and Ammon. Note they are not listed among the nations of Ezek.38 to come upon Israel on the last day. Nor is Egypt.

Not only that, but the gathering of the faithful of the house of Judah and the house of Israel (ten tribes) is what's Christ's gathering at His coming is about. It is to include all believing Gentiles on Christ Jesus too! That gathering is to the Holy Land of Promise. Christ is to bring His saints to Jerusalem on earth to dwell. That's what the "caught up" (harpazo - catching away) to be with Christ is about.

    Dear Veteran:

You appear to be closing your eyes to the OT prophecies that speak of Israel being gathered together and being judged during the last 7 years of Daniel's 70 weeks of years in addition to fact this gathering together will only gather together unbelieving Israelites, some of whom are spoken of in Rev. 7:4 and 14:1.

And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

These will not include gentiles, my friend, and the catching away of the resurrection/rapture will only include those Christians who are 'accounted worthy', Luke 20:34-36 and 21:36.

    God Bless you. Charlie.

    Dear Charlie....Veteran is correct.

Please realize there are two groups of the 144,000. One group are the tribes (the wife) and the other group of 144,000 is the bride, the virgins...the firstfruits. Two groups and they make up the One body of Christ.
