In your World of Warcraft example you show players drawing a pentagram over top the game design. So game designers arn't allowed to put points around a circle with separation of 60-80 degrees because players may stand on them and draw a pentagram?
This other game just looks like any other vampire themed game or movie.
Watch gameplay on YouTube and you can get a feel for a game and if it is offensive. I'm not going to assume the developers are satanists because they are recycling imagery to set a dark theme.
Back when I was studying this (about 10 -15 years ago), there was an expose that came out of subliminal audio that was discovered in WoW where the gamers were being whispered to by a demonic character in the game that was saying "buy more credits" and other things, and that spells were being placed on the games to make them more addictive. I wish I could find it now, but there is so much crap about "demons" and "hell" and "spells" in gaming now that it becomes impossible to find it if it is still up. But I was personally into a few games that made me wonder as well. I was playing a game called Eye of Judgment that I ended up dumping nearly $1,500 into collecting cards, and it was laced throughout with magic circles appearing when summoning characters, and they were very clearly using occult writing.
Not sure I can find many images on it, but this was the game and :33 shows a summoning circle. It's grainy, but the occult writing can be seen.
Let me see if I can't find some other images, but another thing that disturbed me at the time was reading a vision of Hell where those who were taken there said they saw demons that looked much like a lot of the characters used in gaming today; that they are actually based on demonic spirits. Can't find that now either or I would post it.
Here is something a little clearer on the magic circles that would appear during summoning (see :25):
Anyway, taking all that in at the same time made me take a different view of gaming. As for Immortal Realms, I was researching that before it came out and the developer for that team, at least in the video I watched, seriously looked the part. He was fairly young, but most of the Satanists I've ever met looked tame by comparison.
Anyway, not much that I can provide on it as far as links are concerned, but I think the Devil has his hand in gaming maybe much more than people suspect he does. That's not to say I don't game because I do, but I tend to be leery of the stuff with darker content.
