Jesus is not interceding for any man while sinning, so as not to be judged dead as by grace, while also sinning against God as being under grace.

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens.

Even as Jesus is separate from sinners, so He has no intercession for any sinner while sinning.

The continual intercession of Jesus is only for His people that are enduring temptation, yet without sinning by temptation, even as He endured all temptation, yet without sinning:

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Jesus' intercession with the Father, is only for grace to help in time of need, not to fall to temptation and sin with the devil, even as he didn't as a man of like temptations as we.

If we receive the temptation into the heart to do it, then there is no grace nor intercession for us not to, since we have already despised the help of His Spirit of grace, and forsaken Him and His intercession on our behalf.

At that time, like any man sinning on earth, we still have an advocate with the Father, to forgive us, if like any repentant man on earth, we confess the sin with godly sorrow from the heart.

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Jesus' intercession is only for those enduring temptation. His advocacy is for all that have rejected His grace and lusted with the devil instead.

There is no respect of persons with the Lord: He only intercedes for those enduring temptation, and He only advocates for those confessing to be forgiven of sinning.
