Is it Possible that God can do nothing on this earth with out us praying or speaking it into being? In light of Daniel's encounter with Michael who was warring to get a message to Daniel.Does God choose to limit himself this way?

No, God does not need us to pray it into happening. Practically everything God did in the Bible he did it on his own. I mean he does answer prayers, but he is God, and he does what he deems best with or without our requests.

That begs the answer as to what true prayer is. If it's from man's spirit, then it is of the flesh and not inherently Godly. To truly pray (ie, in the Spirit) it's Spirit induced which then means that God initiated it. That includes prayer for salvation which is God making the first move.Otherwise, if God awaited man to pray for decisions, it ultimately makes God a passive God acting on the whims of man as opposed to an active God with a sovereign will and purpose. It's not about us. It's about God and His will.
