I would presume Biden has a private staff of 24-7 caretakers to put him to bed, wake up, medicate, wash, diaper, groom, feed, practice ear wig use, remind him with photos who his family is, shuffle him about, rest a pen in hand, photo op, repeat….while another staff is busy creating fake documents of his daily schedule (for the “record”).

And Obama in the shadows, playing the position of the head US marionette, doing the actual business when the Puppeteer tugs his strings.
And the “burn bag” by his side to destroy the evidence.
