3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: Psalm 83:1-5=====We are living in the end days!!! Are you ready to meet Jesus??

Conflating year numbers with Bible book numbers, is about the silliest thing imaginable.
JR Church is right, in that there is much prophesy in the Psalms.

There is no doubt that Iran and its allies will attempt an attack on Israel sometime soon. This will trigger the Lord's Day of wrath, that will literally fulfil Psalms 83 an the over 100 other prophesies that graphically describe the great and terrible Day of the Lord's vengeance and wrath. Revelation 6:12-17

This from a "judge" (Ref. 1 Cor. 14:29) who refuses to hear from the "witnesses". -- Perhaps a righteous judge hears the evidence AND THEN makes a judgement; and an unrighteous judge makes a judgement BEFORE hearing any evidence.

Have you considered performing to the FORMER?

Here's another two verses taken out of context:

Matthew said of Judas, "Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself" (Matthew 27:5). Luke recorded Jesus as saying, "Go and do likewise" (Luke 10:37).​

It's an old line, but when you use Scripture as a buffet line, -- that's what happens!

Perhaps you should consider the ACTUAL war which occurred during 1983*:

If you wanted to cite the REAL next war, you'd have referenced Ezekiel 38 & 39, and Dan. 11:40-44, but you didn't. It's my expectation that this war will start this year and I can only guess that it will start in Syria, but I CAN tell you ALL the major, and MOST of the minor participants.

-- That's the difference between the people who guess, versus the people who've studied.

This is not a prophecy about today. It's about;

“For they have consulted together with one consent: They are confederate against thee: The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; Of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; The Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: They have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.” (Psalm 83:5–8)
